The rooftop is scenic beyond your expectation I enjoyed the view sooo unique and open to a good 180 deg on the sea the hills and the city

Cloe and Naouel gave the most wonderful massages. The amenities were awesome and the view from the pool area was exceptional. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Canopy Hilton in Cannes for 3 nights. Overall, it was a good experience, but unfortunately, it started off with an unexpected issue. On our first night, we found an unwelcome guest, a multi-legged insect crawling on our floor (photo attached) We immediately shared the picture with the team and requested a deep cleaning and we mentioned verbally that dozen of mosquitos were flying by upon our arrival to the room. Unfortunately, no proper deep cleaning was done, and we noticed the next day that both the room and the bathroom floors had not been cleaned properly (we took photos as proof). This was disappointing, especially after raising the issue. On the positive side, the front desk team was helpful and responsive. They upgraded us to another room, although it was on the first floor, which we would have preferred to avoid. Still, we appreciated the gesture. The breakfast setup was very nice each morning, and the parking service is a great bonus, especially since the nearest public car park is a 7 minute walk away. And on the 22nd of July we enjoyed some of the best fireworks from our balcony. There’s definitely potential for a great guest experience here, but room cleanliness and follow-up service need improvement.

I had a massage for relaxation and anti-stress, conducted by Chloe which was perfection. I had recently had an operation on my hand and she was extremely gentle and thoughtful when massaging this area. Her pressure was perfect not too soft and not too hard. I would highly recommend Chloe for a massage.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. As a Hilton diamond member, I’ve been upgraded all three times. The breakfast is wonderful. The spa and pool is free to diamond members for 90 minutes, otherwise it’s 20 euros. This time limit doesn’t seem to be enforced, unless it’s a busy time. The hotel is centrally located with restaurants and bars just steps away.
