My mum and I recently drove along the French Rivera and stopped off in multiple towns - of all the hotels we stayed in, this was by far the best. Both prior to and upon arrival I had asked for a quiet room, as I am sensitive to sound and this was the only hotel that not only took that feedback on but upgraded us to a larger, corner suite. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were fantastic, location is brilliant & the coffee bar downstairs was lovely - even the barista there wanted to make sure we had actual cups to enjoy our coffee in our room, as opposed to takeaway cups. I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in some of the world’s best hotels & I was honestly SO impressed by this new Hilton spot. Don’t think twice about booking! Thank you concierge team & also your wonderful valet team.

5 out 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience – Truly Unforgettable My experience at Canopy by Hilton Cannes was nothing short of extraordinary, and a huge part of that was thanks to Girish Gambhir, Deputy Director of F&B. From the moment we connected, Girish went above and beyond in every possible way. His attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care for creating a memorable experience set a completely different standard. Every recommendation, every interaction, and every thoughtful touch made us feel not just like guests—but truly valued. What stood out the most was his passion. You can feel that he doesn’t just do his job—he lives it. His leadership, professionalism, and kindness are inspiring, and it reflects in the overall atmosphere and quality of service. This was, without a doubt, one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. Girish made our time there incredibly special, and I am deeply grateful. Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel with great service

This was our 2nd stay at the canopy hotel in Cannes. From the moment we arrived, we had the most wonderful experience. Camille recognised our 10 year wedding anniversary with the most wonderful surprise and set the mark for the whole trip. Every staff interaction was friendly. Breakfast Service on the 7th floor with stunning views overlooking Cannes. We enjoyed breakfast here, would benefit from some bean to cup coffee as opposed to the coffee machines. Room Our room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the toiletries were a very nice quality too. Spa We enjoyed a massage whilst there, it was a great experience and well worth the visit. Pool As diamond members, we received 90 minutes pool access each day. This can easily be booked via the spa reception and was so relaxing. Thank you to the whole team, we will 100% return!
