This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect hotel for a little R&R. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully designed to deliver what I was looking for in my stay at the Stephanie Inn. Their customer experience is 10/10, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The Stephanie Inn is potentially a destination that when you arrive, the next time you get in your car is when you leave! That is what has happened to us on more than one occasion. If the weather precludes you from a walk on the beach, they always have an activity that you can sign up for. No charge, of course. This property is easily considered "upscale". The treatment by the staff can be summed up in one phrase, "Yes, now what's your question?". We have been fortunate to have stayed here many times, in many different rooms. For the most part, they are all our "favorite". Five of the rooms have steam showers that I am very partial to. However, no matter what room fits your budget, you'll still receive the same impeccable service. And always with a smile. The property owners, Ryan and Stephanie Snyder will exceed your expectations. Their choice of General Manager, Wendy, has her staff running like a well oiled machine! Please give this property a try. You'll be glad you did. And, like us, turn in to a many time repeat guest.

Hello, My partner and I stayed at Stephanie Inn recently for a two-night visit, and unfortunately the trip did not go as expected. I am reaching out because the most disappointing part of the experience has been the lack of response from the property. During our stay, my partner became extremely ill with what appeared to be symptoms consistent with foodborne illness (severe stomach issues, nausea, and fatigue). The symptoms began while we were staying on property and continued through checkout. This understandably disrupted what was meant to be a special visit. However, the issue I am most concerned about is what happened afterward: I emailed the hotel multiple times I called the hotel I left messages requesting a call back Despite all of this, I have not received a single direct response from anyone at Stephanie Inn. For a hotel positioned as a luxury property — and one we have stayed at multiple times — the lack of acknowledgement or willingness to even talk about what happened has been extremely disappointing. I am not writing this to assign blame, but when a guest becomes seriously ill during a stay, the expectation is at minimum: acknowledgement, empathy, and a conversation. I hope someone at the hotel will respond soon and address this properly. Thank you, Louie

Everything about The Stephanie Inn is about serenity. That's what we felt. From our first-floor mini king suite with direct access to the beach, the view, the low-key atmosphere, and the unpretentiousness of it all. A thoughtfully placed, coffee/tea and pastries are set up directly off the lobby for those of us early birds. The library/common area is very welcoming with a fireplace and the breathtaking view of the coastline with the Haystack Rock. We enjoyed the complementary wine and an ample array of appetizers for happy hour. Nice touch. We didn't avail ourselves to the nightcap hour, which is also nightly. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast every morning. Amazing quality and variety! One night we had the pre-fixe dinner. It is either at 5:30pm or 8pm sharp daily, starting with amuse bouche through dessert. All explained in advance by the chef. We are earlier diners, so chose the 5:30. Unfortunately, the restaurant is set facing the opposite side of the hotel, so we missed the sunset. The sunsets are not to be missed. Perhaps they could make dinner ala carte some nights, so people can eat when they like. However, we were able to order room service, which is ala carte, after enjoying some local wine on our patio watching the sunset. One afternoon we enjoyed champagne placed in the room my husband had requested to celebrate my birthday. The staff, accommodations, location, and overall vibe are top notch! We hope to return
