A haven of warm hospitality since 1816, Congress Hall offers a sublime blend of tradition and elegance. This lovingly restored and expanded monument resides just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of Cape Mayâ€(TM)s historic district on the New Jersey shore. In an atmosphere of serenity, you can linger on a sun-drenched verandah, stroll among hydrangeas, or enjoy a treat from the old-fashioned candy shop. Savor a massage at the Cape May Day Spa, and gather with friends over American fare at the Blue Pig Tavern.

As always Congres Hall does not disappoint. We had another lovely stay in a lovely room overlooking the tulips on the town side. The only sound we heard were birds chirping. Our room was spotless and well appointed with lots of towels and bath products, robes and even an umbrella. There was plenty of storage space and the convenience of a small hidden fridge. The staff is always courteous and friendly. We had driven a long 10 hours to visit our beloved Cape May and stay at the wonderful and historic Congress Hall. Many thanks to all.

My friend and I stayed Sunday, April 12th- Thursday, April 16th. It was a widows trip as we both lost our husbands 18 months ago. From McKenna at the front desk, to Lily who ran brewery trip, to Matt, Logan, and Zachariah. The trip was amazing! Congress Hall treated like we belonged and we're valued visitors. I was treated so well, the hotel and room was so amazing, that I relaxed and smiled for 1st time in a long time.

What a beautiful property! The rooms were large and comfortable. Located right across from the beach and in the shopping area. We really loved this hotel and will return.

Absolutely wonderful, the best of everything. Food, people, convenience, just the only place in Cape May to be.
