Cancelled on False Grounds and Price Raise
My family and I booked a three-bedroom apartment at this property 11 MONTHS ahead of time, for a few nights over New Year’s Eve. I have just been notified that the property cancelled my booking citing “maintenance issues”. I am disgusted to see that the same property has options available on our dates but for 5 TIMES THE PRICE we had originally booked it for. We now have no similar alternatives available to us given the length and time of our stay in Cape Town and the proximity of our stay. THIS PROPERTY IS DODGY. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Disspointing and disgusted
I had a spa appointment for my daughter and I on the 20th September. When i got there i was told the hotel was closed and was not allowed to go inside or speak to the receptionist or a manager . I did an online booking and i called the hotel well in advance to confirm availability. I was never contacted to advice that the were close and needed to re-shechedule. up untill now i have not been contacted. Please can a manager call me @ 0717916656 - Natasha

Great apartment and team that met my expectations. Sibongile was exceptional and guided us through our stay. Parking was very secure.

Worst hotel ever. Not a hotel more of an Airbnb
The worst hotel possible it’s not even a hotel it’s run like an Airbnb with individual owners. The receptionist can only assist with certain things they cannot assist with anything. Also there is no real housekeeping. If you would like traditional housekeeping like you would add a hotel you have to pay an extra 350 a day. Also the room that they advertised for us and showed us was not the room that we stayed in plus the air-conditioning doesn’t work at all and it is soldering hot at 30° and above also the individuals who are either staying next to us or below us have been smoking weed and they cannot assist us with this matter as per the conversation the apartments are owned by separate owners and we would have to somehow figure out who the owner is for the apartment below to sort this out. Again I do not recommend this for a stayit was probably the most unpleasant day we’ve ever had
