Absolutely beautiful hotel! The best we've ever stayed at. Very upscale feel and worth the price. Our room was lovely with a view of Tabletop Mountain from the bathtub. Wow! The marina view is also lovely, and we enjoyed watching the seals play during the day. The food was excellent! The breakfast buffet was beyond anything we've ever seen. Everything was fresh and delicious. The smoothies were amazing. We had room service several times and enjoyed it immensely. They would even call us to ensure we were happy with our order. That's wonderful service! The hotel is spotless. Our room was kept beautifully clean our entire stay and everyone we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We didn't want to leave! Tips - they supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shaving cream, loofah, cotton rounds, Q-tips and even a candle to burn during your bath.

The hotel is phenomenal, but the bartender in the lobby, Elton, especially enhanced the experience. By the second day he knew all of our names and we would tell him to make whatever he wanted, and every drink was great. Great experience with great staff.

I reached the property around 7.30 started my check in process all went fine till I asked for my room key which then the check in staff said they are just checking the room if all is ok which find odd till that time I was ok 10mins past and I decided to go to the washroom thinking that my room key will handed over but to my disappointed he told me they are still checking the room here I knew that the room here s not ready and I had dinner reservations outside the hotel with a friend which if waited for the room I would have been late. So I left the hotel and told them to when the room is ready to put my luggage in the room. Around 8pm I received an email informing me that the room is ready and how I finished my dinner and was back around 9.30 got my room keys and headed to the room as I got in the room I saw that turn down service was not done. I called the front desk and told them that you took more than 30 mins to check if the room was fine and a simple as to make the room ready for the night was not the answer was we can send someone to do it now which I asked them not to as I was tired after a long day and just wanted to get into bed. Guess what after 10 mins as I was getting comfy in the bed the rings and guess what they sent someone to turn down my bed. All in all I did not even been greeted as an Amex customer that I have breakfast and $100 to spend on F&b on the property. Oh the reason for my room being not ready was that I was upgraded I guess they should have checked with me before doing that if it was the case. This was my second trip to this hotel but I guess it will be the last

This was our first stay at a One & Only. The service was outstanding. Second to none. All staff without exception made us feel at home. The breakfast was AMAZING!
