The most amazing trip at Capri Palace from beginning to end! We went back for our anniversary after getting married there last year and were treated like royalty. Truly the best hotel on the island!

Our stay at Jumeirah Capri Palace was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was outstanding—professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every person we interacted with made us feel special and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The service, hospitality, beautiful property, cleanliness, atmosphere, and attention to every detail were all exceptional. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had, and we cannot thank the entire team enough. A perfect 10/10 experience. We will absolutely return and highly recommend Jumeirah Capri Palace to anyone visiting Capri. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable stay!

Settled in Anacapri within beautiful garden with amazing sunset and swimming pool . Beautiful room . Excellent staff always beyond expectations, food offer and services exceptional , cool vibes but also relaxing place, top level SPA . Not to be missed and to return to again

A lovely luxurious hotel in a great location. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, service is immaculate, our garden suite was stunning. The pool area is beautiful, the gym is huge and state of the art, the Spa offers many treatments we hadn't experienced elsewhere. The food is excellent, with various restaurants offering different style of food. I highly recommend the Amare restaurant, which is in an amazing location near the Blue Grotto with brilliant sea views and amazing Italian food. The Michelin star restaurant is very good, although very fish orientated. We also loved breakfast and the bar food for lunch. We truly felt we were at home during our stay and would go back to it at the drop of a hat. Many thanks, especially to Antonio, Elion, Ricardo and Silvia in the main restaurant, Joanna in Amare and Carla and Maria Vittoria in the Spa. Highly recommend it.

A truly exceptional Capri stay - service, food and hospitality at its very best My partner and I stayed at Jumeirah Capri Palace from 1st–4th June, and we honestly could not get over what an incredible time we had. From the moment we arrived, the service completely blew us away. Every member of the team made us feel so genuinely looked after, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A very special mention has to go to Marta (hotel Sales Manager) who was absolutely wonderful. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail made such a difference to our stay. From welcoming us at check in, right up until we left - she truly embodied the level of hospitality that makes Jumeirah so special, and we are extremely grateful. The hotel itself is stunning. The location in Anacapri gives you the perfect balance of calm on the island, with the option to then venture in to Capri itseld. The team were also brilliant at leaning in with recommendations, arrangements and thoughtful touches to make sure our Capri experience was the very best it could be. The facilities are incredible, from the beautiful pool area and elegant spaces around the hotel to the - Every detail feels considered. My partner selected spa treatments and the gym, where I was able to fully enjoy the pool area to relax. The food and beverage offering was another highlight. Breakfast each morning was exceptional, not only because of the quality and variety, but because of the attentive, polished service around it - boasting a carefully curated selection on the buffet, complimented with exceptional breakfast menu items - The whipped avocado toast was a firm favorite! You could feel the care in every small detail. For dinner - our experience at ZUMA was completely showstopping - the atmosphere, setting, food and service made it one of the most memorable evenings of our trip. We trialled most menu items, partnered with the sunset backdrop - we didn't want to leave! Having visited Dubai several times, my partner and I have developed a keen eye for detail when it comes to service and hospitality. Dubai has always been the front runner for us, with very few places matching that standard. After staying at Jumeirah Capri Palace, however, we can honestly say this now takes first place. We left feeling like the whole team wanted to curate every detail for us - from recommendations, hotel services, down to booking the last transfer and ferry tickets back to Naples. Thank you to the entire team for the most wonderful stay. We left feeling so grateful and already cannot wait to return.
