I had a lovely and relaxing full body massage in the Spa with Hema. She really helped to relieve the stress and the muscles tension in my back and for the first time I enjoyed a foot and head massage. She was friendly and professional and I shall be visiting again . Thank you Hema

I visited on business on 21st October and was delighted to be upgraded to an amazing suite, as a reward for being an IHG Platinum Elite member, the room was fabulous, complete with wraparound balcony and views across the water and bay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and even giving traditional Welsh cakes on check in! The evening meal was excellent, great service and good quality food, breakfast was also a great experience. The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the heart of Cardiff Bay, near all the nightlife, bars and restaurants and right on the waterfront. Plenty of car parking at the hotel, including EV chargers. I will definitely recommend and return.

We've had a lovely stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are wonderful and the place itself is clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time in the spa pool which was great, and I had a lovely massage with Hema. I would definitely come back again.

A wellness treatment by Kanchan is highly recommended. This young lady can massage the stress points out of my body with her magical hands. A very pleasant treatment, firm yet relaxing. Kanchan immediately puts you at ease and has a good sense of where the stress points are. Friendly and understanding.She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. Unfortunately, time flies, and you regret that the treatment is over. Highly recommended. The only downside is that the treatment cannot be enjoyed as a couple. Thank you, Kanchan.
