Had the most amazing spa experience with Hemma. She gave the best Indian head massage definitely ask for her for a head massage! My mum had Bernadetta and said she was amazing as well and could not have had a more relaxing time we'll definitely be back :)

Great location as going to a show. Wonderful view with balcony and not disturbed by other guests. Room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to check in early so worth trying. We enjoyed the spa and I had treatment with Kanchan. She was lovely and I felt relaxed and pampered afterwards. One criticism was that we popped into the restaurant for a coffee when we arrived and waited about half hour for just 2 hot drinks. They were very quiet so not sure what happened there as breakfast next morning was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I had a delightful time from start to finish while visiting for a Spa Day, including lunch & treatments. The staff were warm, welcoming & on hand for any queries. I was able to enjoy an unplanned but tasty breakfast then went on to start the 'unwind' using the pool & sauna. The treatments I received from Hema were totally blissful - I would highly recommend - she wad so professional & obviously very knowledgeable. Afterwards I was filled to bursting with the yummy two course meal in the restaurant. I left feeling very happy & so incredibly relaxed. Just the thing for a busy December month! Had a wonderful full body massage from Kanchan. She was lovely and welcoming and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She did an excellent job, the pressure was just right and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend her service to friends and family.
