The health spa was great but the highlight was my deep tissue massage undertaken by Beau a deeply knowledgeable, highly professional practitioner. I would highly recommend the experience.

Rooms and breakfast good but not exceptional for the price, long que at checkin and out . Massage was exceptionally good ask for Kema she was wonderful

My mum & I visited on her birthday and had the most relaxing spa day. Holly was my massage therapist and she provided an incredible body & head massage - I left feeling super relaxed and all my day to day aches were completely gone! My mum had massage therapist Abby for a full body massage and was over the moon with the treatment she received. Thank you both :)

From the moment we arrived at St David’s Hotel Cardiff, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. James at reception greeted us with a smile and made the check-in process effortless. He took the time to ensure a specific request we had made by email had been actioned and, throughout our stay, checked in with us each day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. His attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and fresh, with fantastic views across Cardiff Bay. It was a pleasure to return to after a day out. The hotel’s spa facilities are first class, and we made good use of them during our stay — a great place to relax and unwind. The bar and restaurant also provide a wonderful setting, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. A special mention must go to the evening team — Karolina, McKenzie, Cery’s and Michael — who were outstanding. Their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail really added to our experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay from beginning to end. The combination of excellent staff, comfortable rooms, superb facilities and a great location makes St David’s Hotel a real standout. 10/10 without hesitation — we’ll definitely be returning!
