Loved the location and cleanliness. Our trip started with a couple hiccups but the team rallied and made it wonderful. Top notch team and highly recommend!

Good location. Front desk staff was very friendly. I wouldn't rate this as "excellent" because the pool staff was very slow. On the first day I didn't even know they served at the pool because there was no one there. There is no access to the beach from the hotel, but they offer a shuttle to the beach, where they provide chairs, towels, and water. The person working at the beach was really good and attentive. Another thing to mention that is not as much of a big deal for me but still worth mentioning is that on my last day I asked front desk if the late check-out was available (as instructed when I checked it). As an Amex platinum card member, I am entitled to 4pm check-out if available. The receptionist at first said I could check out at 1pm, then he corrected himself, "oh, no, I see you have the Amex, so I can give you a 2pm check-out". I asked again if I could check-out at 4pm, and he immediately said yes, which makes me believe they definitely had the availability, so just give me the benefit right away without doing this 'dance'. I was a little annoyed but overall was a good stay.

Here for one night on the tail end of a weeklong baseball tournament outing… Stayed at The Four Seasons prior to this so tough to compare but service here is extraordinary for a Hilton, I’m diamond and state a lot of these and don’t think I’ve come across better, very interesting property and location is unbeatable if you like the beach… Literally across the street although there’s not much beach it’s more rocks. Pool as busy as you’d expect, but the ocean is great, only knock is the rooms is that they are probably the most dated I’ve seen in my adult life…It’s actually the first time I’ve worn flip-flops in the room out of fear of my feet burning away… Seems like good ownership and good management so hopefully a refresh is on the way and this place could charge twice the amount!! Stayed on points, would recommend for a nice little outing with a great location and wonderful staff across the board!
