Wonderful stay! The accommodations are beautiful and staff goes above and beyond. Seamless check-in/out process. Convenient location. Good coffee. Excellent service from valets Jack and Alex, who took great care of my car and helped with luggage.

Never have a bad experience with valet at Hotel Carmichael. They are always on time with my vehicle and they always leave a smile on my face when I leave. And a shout out to Alex for always helping me out when I need it! Always much appreciated!

Came here for Valentine’s Day, food was great and valet was very helpful!

The hotel is fine aesthetically, great location, and no issues with cleanliness. Unfortunately, it was the most uncomfortable bed my husband and i had ever slept in. Our backs were sore the following day. Room service got our breakfast order wrong on 3 fronts. The room doors and showers doors were very loud and the walls thin, leading to lots of “thuds” throughout the night. We weren’t expecting Rosewood/Four Seasons level but we did expect better than a Hampton Inn. Ultimately, this hotel just was not worth the money or loss of sleep.

Beautiful hotel hiding really bad service. After booking my room, I received a very nice email confirming the details of my stay from "Kiley Wylie, that I now realize was an AI bot. I contacted him twice during my stay getting no response. I Was not given the room I booked, and upon check in, the front desk staff told me the hotel was fully booked and the only room they cold give was one overlooking a construction site. The food was horrible. I ordered room service on one of my five night stay. And, I am pretty sure I was served table scraps. When ordering dinner, I asked if it would be served on a dinning cart? The person that took the order replied, " No We Don't do that. You should should have a table in the room ". I did have a small table, bed side doubling as a night stand holding a lamp. The only other option was to dine in the bed, which I did. The burger was cold in the center, cheese was congealed and fries had probably been cooked and reheated at least four times. The Door men (probably young college guys) were great! I Will not choose this hotel on an upcoming visit to Indy. Beware! 5 Star room rates! Not accompanied by 5 star service, food or staff.
