Crillon le Brave is like a dream!
From the moment we arrived at this hotel we could just relax. The staff takes care of everything and offers a great service. The environment and atmosphere is lovely! The whole area is so beautiful! The rooms are nice and the pool area is like a dream! The food was amazing, reasonable prices and high quality! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Treat yourself
This was our fifth or sixth stay and the hotel is just as good as it’s always been. The staff are unfailing friendly and helpful, all speak very good English. Our room was excellent and had everything you would expect. The bottle of fizz to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary was a nice touch. There are now two swimming pools, one for adults only, both with stunning views.

Pricey rooms with bad views
Bad experience with a deceptive room - we booked the “Prestige Ventoux Room” which is one of the highest, most expensive room categories, and the website boasts a “view of the Mont Ventoux valley”. They gave us room 2 which has a view of the building next door. Even worse, room 2 is directly over the entrance, and there is a crowd of people sitting outside even now at 22:00 at night being loud and playing music. A lot of this room type on the website show a beautiful new bathtub in front of a window - we don’t have that. I guess they gave us the old unrenovated crap room. Honestly I’m really mad about getting this bad room when we paid extra for the nice room with a view. I don’t want to have to double check every room characteristic on check-in and deal with crap like this when I’m on vacation. I feel scammed and it’s ridiculous that they treat their guests like this. Other big issue is hot water - we filled up our bathtub and then tried to take a shower and there was no more hot water, just ran out. Ridiculous. Another issue is the air conditioning - it’s not strong enough. We are the type to always be cold (and had a cold shower), and the room still feels hot in the summer. This hotel is a scam - recommend the Airelles hotel in Provence instead, way better

Not five star service but five star views.
Amazing location . Access to tennis and Padel. Near little restaurants and bars in the village. Lovely local walks. Rooms newly refurbished. We had a lot of problems ranging from a door that would not lock, mini bars that were not cold, and worst, defective exterior safety lighting making the approach path pitch black. We also had real problems getting service on the terraces and by the pools. We were once refused a drink of water because there was a wedding on in a different part of the hotel. A super hotel with super views and super potential but in my view badly let down by a poor attitude to service and managerial failure to ensure good service away from the restaurants . Encourage staff to ASK if anything is wanted.

Super fun and luxurious
Wow, this was amazing the rooms were so nice and cute, the surrounding areas were so green and posh and fancy. The pool was a proper cibe and we could chill with some cocktails. Value wise it was a bit pricy but overall was so nice and i think worth it. Super clean, super service. overall wow great

We have just returned from our vacation in Europe, which included three-nights at Hostellerie de Crillon le Brave in France. It was in every way all that we expected - the facilities are wonderful, the people are friendly and helpful, and the food was out of this world! Thanks again.

The Hostellerie Crillon de Brave is a wonderful place in Provence, a little out of the usual tourist fare, and exquisite. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade to almost an apartment with views over lavender fields. The restaurant was exquisite, food fabulous and service very friendly and accommodating...

Hostellerie de Crillon le Brave is a beautiful and relatively central place from which to explore northwestern Provence. The Hostellerie itself is well-restored with modern amenities, yet quiet, secluded and full of medieval, old-world charm. Our stay was enchanting.
