Casa Pestagua

I was here with other couples. We had an amazing time. Everything was wonderfully appointed in the room and hotel. The service was marvelous. Alvaro was amazing at breakfast and drinks and pool service. At breakfast everyone was very attentive Roberto and Alvaro. The food was delicious with fresh fruit and croissants and Colombian cuisine. Leo was amazing at the front desk and answered all our questions and helped with great recommendations and reservations. Eduardo was very helpful and added to our stay. This is a wonderful experience our first time in Columbia we will definitely come back. 💕

Another wonderful stay at Casa Pestagua, The new rooms are absolutely beautiful and adds an even more special touch to an already incredible experience. The pool was fantastic, spa, and we loved everything about the food and drinks. But what truly makes Casa Pestagua exceptional, as always, is the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind, making us feel right at home. A huge thank you to Eduardo, Karen, Leonardo, Gledys, Juan, Emerson, Dollys, and Angelin for taking such great care of us. You all made our stay unforgettable! Thank you guys for another amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about the hotel was great. Breakfast, cocktails at the bar, dinner at the restaurant or as room service, our room itself was incredible. The hotel even sent one of their staff members to accompany us during a day trip to the wonderful Acasi Rustic Beach (wonderful touch). The thing that really set this place apart was the team effort on the part of the staff to provide us with the best experience. If one employee was not available (be it because of being their day off or they were busy on something else), someone else would be ready to help us. Thank you Karen, German, Edison, Alvaro, Roberto, Roberto Suarez, Brandon, Leonardo (really every single employee was always ready to help with a smile and a great attitude. I know I am missing some names but the reality is that every employee provided us with outstanding service during our stay. We are making plans for our next visit. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
