Had a really great stay at this hotel! The best part was the team — thank you to Roberto, Germán, Brando, Gledis, Roberto Suárez, Karen, Leonardo, and Gladys. Everyone provided excellent and outstanding customer service, and made me feel welcome from start to finish. You can tell they really care about the guests, and it made a big difference. Sorry if I missed anyone — the whole team was amazing. Would definitely come back!

Magical Experience!
