Casa Pestagua

Our stay at Casa Pestagua was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely willing to do anything they could to make our stay as special and comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The interior is fabulous, and every little detail has been chosen with so much care and attention. Our rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. What made our stay even more special were all the thoughtful personal touches. There would often be a small present or something lovely to eat or drink waiting for us in the room. The bathrooms were also beautifully stocked with extra amenities — I especially loved the Ortigia products! You can really feel that everything at Casa Pestagua is done with love and care. The staff truly went above and beyond. German, one of the staff members, noticed that my son had injured his elbow. Without us even having to ask, he immediately came over with a bandage and something to treat the wound. It was such a small gesture, but it showed exactly how caring and attentive the staff are. Another wonderful example was Alvaro, who worked in the restaurant and bar. On our first morning, my youngest son asked if they had Nutella for breakfast. They didn’t, which of course was absolutely no problem. But Alvaro remembered, and the very next morning he had made sure there was Nutella especially for him. It may seem like such a small thing, but it meant so much to us. These are the little details that make you feel truly welcome and cared for. Every single member of staff made us feel that they genuinely wanted us to enjoy not only their beautiful hotel, but also their wonderful country, Colombia. I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, both with and without children, and I can honestly say that Casa Pestagua left a very special impression on me. I was astonished by the beauty and elegance of this gorgeous hotel, but even more so by the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the people who work there. I sincerely hope we will have the opportunity to return to Casa Pestagua in the near future. Thank you, Casa Pestagua, for giving our family such a beautiful and memorable stay.We will never forget it. ♥️

This place is gorgeous but truly the best part is the experience. The people here are incredibly nice and attentive. We are truly sad to leave as it feels like leaving family!
