Service was truly amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much. From the moment you check in they take care of your every need. And the morning breakfast was amazing as well

Casa Pestagua was everything we have come to expect from a Relais & Chateaux property and more! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with amazing customer service and excellent food! The pool was one of our favorite spots and the junior suite was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great, with quality shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and most importantly, great conditioner. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was adjustable and perfect. The location was excellent and made the city walkable to most must-sees. The only issue was mosquitos in the outside areas but they provide fans in the outdoor eating area, and indoor dining. They did bring out bug spray and I always take Off wipes when I travel, so it ended up not being a problem. I definitely recommend this stay!

Casa Pestagua is one of the most magical experiences I have ever enjoyed. This beautifully-restored house (designed by the famous Álvaro Barrera) provides the perfect setting for a luxury treat in the heart of Colombia's most beloved city. The Casa Pestagua staff is outstanding. They are both professional and warm. I would like especially mention Germán, who welcomed us at the front door and swiftly took care of our luggage, and Brando, who checked us in at the front desk and provided us with all the information about the property, our room, and patiently answered questions we had about restaurants and places to visit. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. All the food is beautifully prepared. The breakfast options are delicious, ranging from traditional specialties from the Caribbean coast and from other regions of Colombia, as well as various international options. At dinner, the menu also combines various elements of Colombian coastal cuisine, including some lovely middle eastern touches, which also form part of the coast's culinary tradition. The rooms strike a perfect balance between comfort and preservation of original details. For me, staying at Casa Pestagua felt like a dream come true. I'm sure that's how it will feel to you too.
