An oasis within the walled city
The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive. Security and the bell hop team always greeted us when came and went. The little details of the housekeeping staff were appreciated (turn down service at night!) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This hotel was excellent. The staff and service was extraordinary. The food was great. The views were so beautiful from the roof top pool. It was clean and well kept. Average hotel, not luxury or 5 star
Good location. Nice lobby area but way overpriced. Not worth the price at all. Not a 5 star hotel by any stretch. Rooms were small and old. Elevator smelled. Gym was awful. Staff was friendly though.
