Exceptional!
I want to sincerely thank the team for the wonderful experience and exceptional attention we received during our stay. It was my first visit to Cartagena, and throughout our time at the hotel, I felt safe, comfortable, and truly well cared for. The experience was so impressive that I’ve already been recommending this hotel widely, and we hope to return for future celebrations. The staff made every detail seamless, from coordinating excursions to assisting us when our flight was unexpectedly canceled. The reception team was incredibly kind and understanding, and the organization of transportation and every aspect of our stay was impeccable. The pool, restaurant, and premises were always clean and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, making the entire experience unforgettable.

An oasis within the walled city
The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive. Security and the bell hop team always greeted us when came and went. The little details of the housekeeping staff were appreciated (turn down service at night!) Thank you for a wonderful stay.
