Impeccable in everyway
If I had to describe this 5 star hotel in one word, it would be impeccable. Impeccable service, cleaniness, amenities and food. I have traveled to 71 countries around the world and have stayed at many 5 star hotels but this was top notch in my books with regards to the service level the staff provides at each encounter without being stuffy or pretentious. Food was delivered fast, hot and delicious. The rooftop pool with cabanas and outdoor restaurant and bar delivered the best service and drinks. Room cleaniness spotless.

Definitely must stay here
Excellent hotel. Gracious staff that actually care. The room was absolutely spotless. The maid was amazing. The concierge was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to accommodate us. The breakfast was top notch and you cannot beat the location. Just a short walk to the pier where all the tour ships depart. I highly recommend. The only flaw was a dripping air vent near the elevator which is in need of repair.

Wedding Delight
Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa was the main hotel for our daughter's wedding. Everyone raved about the great food, service, central location and friendly staff. We will definitively return on our next trip to Cartagena.
