No hot water
This is a very nice hotel, with good service. I liked the pool, drink orders were slow though. What was entirely disappointing is during my entire stay, I had no hot water in my room.

This is a wonderful hotel the best hotel in Cartagenas de Indias. The service, facility, exclusivity and most importantly location, location! My mother and I traveled to Cartagena and she enjoyed the facility and service. Wonderful people working at the hotel focused on customer service and detail! Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

From the time I checked in l, until I left, I had a great experience. The people, the food and my room, it was amazing. Top quality amenities, comfortable bedding and overall, a luxury experience. I would love to go back on a vacation sometime soon! Also, location, location, location! Totally recommend staying there!

Beautiful spot and hotel for
Excellent for drinks outside at sunset. Did not eat inside at their restaurant. A perfect place to stop for drinks and a clean bathroom. Attentive staff and beautiful interior worth exploring. Consider eating here but we just didn’t do that because it was our go to place for evening drinks.
