Average hotel, not luxury or 5 star
Good location. Nice lobby area but way overpriced. Not worth the price at all. Not a 5 star hotel by any stretch. Rooms were small and old. Elevator smelled. Gym was awful. Staff was friendly though.

Astounding
The location is best in Cartagena. The hotel is flawless. Clean, safe, luxurious. Service is perfect. The rooftop pool and terrace are astounding and the view there just cannot be matched anywhere. From the rooftop you see the ocean on two sides, the old city, and the modern city are all in view. Bed and shower are AAA+. Food in the restaurant among best in the world. Rare 24 hour room service and they clean the room every day like hotels used to. Perfection.
