Beautiful hotel. Best rooftop swimming pool in all of Cartagena. Room was spacious and well maintained. Staff was lovely. Great location in the walled city.

Beautiful well kept hotel; poor sleep quality
Beautiful Hotel but be aware of the nightclub and nighttime noise! It was quite distressing that for most of my stay there I had trouble sleeping. There is a club near the Hotel that parties up till three A.M. or later with booming noise. This was very distressing.

From checking ti check out everything was great. Luggage was taken to the room. The room was very clean and the staff very pleasant We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful and unforgettable!
Absolutely excellent service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and food. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and the facilities were immaculate. This is our first time to Cartagena but will not be our last because of how much we loved the Charleston Santa Teresa hotel.
