Great centric location, calm atmosphere, incredible room and excellent service from everyone. Food/breakfast included was amazing. Thank you Eduardo, Lizardo, and every one how made this experience memorable. Luis and I are very grateful.

The hotel is just lovely , small boutique hotel great personal service. Always helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel with the most delightful service in the most perfect location. I travel over 300 days a year and absolutely loved every bit of the gem of a hotel. And huge thank you to Katherine who saved me. I somehow had the wrong day written down for my Celele reservation (which books up months in advance) and missed it. She was able to call the restaurant and pull some favors to get me in on my last day in town. It was phenomenal and I so appreciate her going above and beyond to help me! Thank you Casa San Agustin!

A beautiful oasis in Cartagena
This is a gorgeous hotel, a true oasis in the middle of Cartagenas centro histórico. Beautiful rooms and pool, delicious food, and incredible service.

Perfection
Nothing short of spectacular. The hotel is stunning, every experience is seamless, and the hotel staff are kind, thoughtful, and hospitable. Beds are comfortable and the food at the property is great. Grateful for Katherine and her concierge team, the Aurum spa staff, Acasi beach staff (Jorge and Luis), and everyone else who made our stay unforgettable. This place is worth every penny.
