An absolute gem
Casa San Agustin is a gem. Located centrally within the busy historical center of Cartagena, the hotel remains intimate with great spanish colonial decorations. Service is impeccable and rooms remains spotless throughout our stay.

Casa San Agustin is located inside the walls of the old city. It is walking distance or a quick uber ride to a lot of the popular sites and restaurants. The grounds of the hotel are wonderfully maintained and beautiful. They have a very nice and highly rated restaurant right on property. They also had like music and a tea service offered in the lounge on the second floor. The pool area is very nice and a tranquil space. I visited the spa and it was quite a lovely experience from beginning to end. The room we had was a junior suite, and it was absolutely stunning. One of the best rooms and probably hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about the hotel from the moment we arrived, the service level was exceptional. We didn’t visit their sister property on the island of Baru but I highly recommend you do if you have the chance.

Where Exceptional Service Meets Colombian Charm
Our stay at Casa San Agustín was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They took care of us every step of the way, always anticipating our needs and making sure we felt comfortable and special. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional, and it made our experience truly unforgettable. Casa San Agustín is a beautiful property, but what really makes it stand out is the wonderful people who work there. We are so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel
This was a trip of a lifetime. Traveled with family and friends to celebrate a big birthday. The staff was amazing from the recommendations from concierge team to the resturant and pool staff, absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back
