Highly recommend an amazing place to stay
The staff that accommodations the location, the food, the service all beyond expectations and we would highly recommend for anybody who wants a memorable experience should come here. Dagma and. Alvaro were incredibly helpful and made this day perfect and we are very seasoned travelers and would say this is one of the most exceptional places with this level of service from these two individuals.

Great stay over new year’s
We stayed in a gorgeous 2 Br suite for 4 days around new years. The staff was kind and went above and beyond. Our boys loved the pool and our only challenge was getting them to ever leave the property. The food at Alma was outstanding, especially the New Year’s Eve meal. Can’t wait to come book

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful experience. Hotel is beautiful and charming. Service is excellent. Rooms are well appointed. Location is great. It’s a top notch boutique hotel. Yanelis in particular was exceptional. She was attentive, patient, and made our experience wonderful. We will be back.

BUYER BEWARE! Looks like a lovely hotel but management is a mess
It is a beautiful hotel in the walled city, but dealing with their management when things went wrong was a nightmare. Evidently, their managers don't think it is important to be on site to solve customer problems. They wouldn't even call me back when I tried to reach them by phone. It was a disaster. Look out for managers Lina and Paola- worthless. Also, if you expect the balance or your payment to be paid at check out, beware, they charge the entire stay when you CHECK IN. Even when I showed my documents saying otherwise, they fought reversing it properly. I travel the world in nice hotels. Look out for the pitiful experience at this hotel
