Flawless stay in Cartagena
We had a truly delightful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional throughout, and the staff were consistently courteous, professional, and attentive. The reception team, in particular, were remarkably helpful and ensured that everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The restaurant and bar were equally impressive — the food was excellent, the cocktails superb, and the atmosphere both elegant and welcoming. The location is also ideal: conveniently close to everything, yet peaceful and comfortable.

Absolutely dreamy!
We had the loveliest stay at Casa San Agustin! I truly cannot recommend it enough. The service was attentive without being overwhelming, the property was beautiful and relaxing, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, and the breakfast was a delicious way to start our day each morning. If you order in-room dining, I highly recommend the banana bread. We also got to enjoy Acasi Rustic Beach and had a beautiful time there as well. It is certainly rustic but you are given every comfort to enjoy your time, including tasty cocktails and incredibly fresh fish. We adored our time at Casa San Agustin and are grateful to the staff for making our trip so special.
