Hotel Casa San Agustin

Casa San Agustin is nothing short of perfect! This was my first in Cartagena, but it will not be my last. There is no reason to stay elsewhere. The warm greeting from Jeffrey, and the initial presentation of the entire facility by Katherine, set a very high bar that was upheld by everyone on property. I humbly believe I have graciously experienced 5 star service before, this was different. I have never been told “this is your home”, or more importantly felt kindness extended to me in such a way. The graciousness of Yanelis will never be forgotten. Every request, excursion, reservation, no matter how last minute was somehow accomplished. Sorry if I over sold you, but you were amazing. Paola was also very thoughtful and helpful. I have to thank everyone in Alma!! What a great atmosphere, great vibe, fantastic food, live music, and the “this is your home” resonated the same. I feel horrible for not getting her name, it would be a disservice to not mention the lady that kept my room. On my first night I requested the room ice bucket to be filled. I stayed 4 nights, I never asked again. I always, siempre, had a fresh bucket of ice when I returned “home”. When the staff that tends to your room pays that kind of attention to detail, and cares for your needs, you know you’re at the right place, “home”!! Thank you for being such gracious hosts🙏🏽

The property is boutique, cozy, and filled with history, offering an authentic sense of Cartagena’s charm. Special thanks to Félix for his courteous and friendly attention during breakfast! If you’re visiting Cartagena, this is the place to stay.

The customer service at Casa San Agustín was absolutely exceptional! Yanelis and Jeffrey addressed us by name during every interaction, which made us feel truly seen and valued, not just like another guest at the hotel. I didn’t touch a single door handle my entire stay because the staff were always attentive, ready to assist with a warm smile. Our room was spacious, the linens were spotless, and the entire hotel smelled sooo luxurious. Every detail made our stay feel special. Can’t wait to return!

Great experience at this hotel yanelis and Jeffrey provided excellent service let us feel welcome and at home. Great property for your stay in Cartagena rooms are nice and clean service is amazing from everyone.

Everything about the experience was wonderful. First rate all the way. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The service from our driver to the hotel, the concierge (yanelli and Jon) to the Alma restaurant was amazing.
