Wonderful stay with my family from the US Alvuno spoke excellent English and was very accommodating All staff members were wonderful We hope to stay again soon!

From the moment you walk into Casa San Agustín, you’re welcomed by the most incredible staff — knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Dagmar greeted us so warmly and personally walked us to our room, they even had a birthday surprise for me! While Alvaro went above and beyond helping us research amazing boat tours. Rosa was incredibly knowledgeable and tells their story perfectly. At the bar, Felix made the best drinks, each one perfectly crafted. The restaurant ALMA was a delight from start to finish, delicious food and impeccable service. Jeiny, Douglas, and Bernardo were all so welcoming and attentive. Kudos to the chef for such outstanding cuisine! Jaime by the door was always ready to help with safe and quick transfers, making sure we were always comfortable and secure. Our room was spotless every day, and Juana ensured everything was working perfectly in the room. Casa San Agustín truly feels like a home away from home. Swimming under the ancient walls is pure magic — an experience that captures the soul of Cartagena. We will always stay here whenever we return.
