A little bit of heaven in Cartegena
From the moment we walked in to Casa San Agustin, it felt like home. An oasis with wonderful service, staff, food and cocktails. We stayed in the Deluxe Room and was more than comfortable. Upon our departure, Our flight out was cancelled, and the entire staff welcomed us back with open arms and made us feel like family. Many Thanks to Alvaro, Gladis, George, Bernardo, Douglas, Amanda and Laura for a fabulous, unforgettable stay!

Amazing experience in the heart of the wall city.
We had an incredible stay at Casa San Agustín in Cartagena! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. The pool and facilities were absolutely outstanding, making our time there both relaxing and memorable. A special thank you to Álvaro, Jeffrey, Bryan, and the rest of the front desk staff—they were so warm and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure our 4-year-old daughter felt comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The restaurant Alma was a true highlight. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Our room was beautifully decorated, full of charm and thoughtful small details that made the experience feel very special. The spa was truly an amazing experience. Overall, I would give this hotel a 10/10. Casa San Agustín is truly one of a kind, and we can’t wait to come back!

This may well be the nicest place to stay in Old Cartagena.
It’s an expensive hotel, but you pay for what you get here – – unbelievably friendly and generous service, a gorgeous historic building that is beautifully maintained, a level of pampering that I’ve never been accustomed to. My two nights there were simply luxurious and I look forward to going back again sometime.
