Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

Four Seasons Casablanca is a beautiful property with modern finishes, stunning ocean views and a nice pool. Walkable to a range of diverse restaurants (spanning 5-15 minutes on foot) or can easily use the house car to venture further out. Service was excellent throughout, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. Would definitely stay again.

Staying at the Four Seasons Casablanca was an exceptional experience. The property is lovely with the Bleu and Mint restaurants and a short walk to the Anfaplace Mall if case you need to buy something.

We had an ok experience. First the security agent by the door was quite rude and he was not willing to show us where the restaurant is. Then when we went to the 5th floor a hostess ignored us although we asked her for a table. But thankfully marouan from the reception helped us to the pool in a very professional way.Then lamyae in the kyube was very nice and welcoming. This made our experience a bit better but still the first impression ruined our day.

Good hotel, excellent service, one of the best hotels in Casablanca, with polite and courteous staff.

Overall, our stay at the hotel left a very pleasant impression. The staff were attentive and helpful, the location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and both the housekeeping and the restaurant service were of a high standard. All of this made our stay very enjoyable. The only issue that slightly disappointed us was related to arranging taxis through the hotel. The drivers who were called refused to turn on the meter and instead offered a fixed price for the ride. As a result, we chose not to use this service and ordered taxis ourselves through the Uber app. Apart from this, our stay was very pleasant, and we would like to thank the hotel team for their hospitality and care for their guests.
