Keep in mind that is the only place in Casablanca where alcohol is not served and, if you are fine with that, you’ll get the best service you may expect. It is a family hotel so expect kids around… Rooms are spacious and the staff is very attentive and careful even in full booking circumstances. My wife is lactose intollerante and they have gone the extra mile to help us. Less satisfyingly notes: a) obviously the lack of alcohol (for us); b) some of the services were slow (luggage was late to arrive, we had to ask for the room service multiple times to obtain what we needed); c) the pool is in the shade until 13:00… but the staff was always ready to support.

Prior to our stay we communicated with a lovely lady named Nabila who helped us with all our logistics . Things were looking good from here!! We are a family of 6 with children ranging from teenagers to toddlers! When we arrived late at night we were swiftly checked in within our own rooms which was ideal when we were all exhausted and with young children. I was surprised and delighted to see I had been left with basic amenities for the baby- nappies, sensitive wipes and some bath products. It’s these little touches that sets the Four Seasons apart especially when it comes to service ! Room service : We tested out the room service on day 1 and it did not disappoint. The chefs were happy to cater to my dietary needs ( dairy free ). Night one showed lots of promise and thankfully it was uphill from here !! The 1st morning we were greeted prior to breakfast by Mohamed Bouhou who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our 3 days. He remained very helpful throughout our stay and ensured the chefs at breakfast prepared some dairy free options for me ! Breakfast: There’s an array of cut fruits , cereals , pastries and cakes, which was more than enough for us. The coffees were served swiftly and were delicious . We were all offered some of the best orange juice every morning- and how could we resist?! The real stars are the chefs who prepare the hot meals - these are ordered from a menu at the breakfast table and are beautifully made ! From the Sourdough being perfectly toasted , to the eggs being perfectly runny , the aesthetically presented avocados - the presentation of the hot breakfast surpassed any of the 5 star Dubai hotels . We tried the omelettes, poached eggs, waffles, crepes, pancakes, hueveros rancheros and all were delicious ! I’ve never seen the kids eat so many sausages but I took their word for it that these were some of the best they had. Breakfast was a 10/10. The staff at breakfast went above and beyond . On day one we were served by Omar who was so friendly, so patient with the children & incredibly helpful. Even on day 2 when he was not serving our table he made a point to check in on us . Mounir served us on day 2 and again was incredibly friendly and helpful. He served us some of the most delicious Moroccan tea at the end of our breakfast - definitely one of the highlights to finish our meal. The chefs too deserve a special mention- they are so friendly , always smiling and greeting us at breakfast. The hotel: The hotel itself is well kept and clean and smells lovely with reed diffusers placed throughout the hotel . The staff are ALL so friendly, from the staff at the concierge desk, to the cleaning staff, to the incredibly friendly gentleman who serves the tea in the lobby and would constantly provide my children with chocolate smiley faced biscuits. The pool: The pool area is well maintained and the pool has a lovely ambience . The poolside menu is great, but what’s better is that they were also willing to serve me pizza from the in room dinining menu ( though this did take longer which was perfectly fine )!. The staff were so accommodating that they also served us a tiramisu from the lobby that had caught the husband’s eye . Mohammed by the pool was so helpful when we had forgotten our sunblock in the room, he sourced us some factor 50 spf for the baby. No ask is too great and the staff are just always happy to help. The gym: The gym is decently sized with a range of equipment and free weights. It’s clean and well maintained . It lacks a barbell squat rack or a smyth machine equivalent, but has more than enough equipment to train the full body and a selection of treadmills and bikes too. The spa: Sadly I did not get to have any treatments but the spa looked amazing and given how wonderful all other areas of the hotel have been I can only imagine how brilliant the spa would have been. ! Overall the stay has been wonderful, we will be sad to leave. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL but the staff are the main stars. Would I stay here again? If I was in Casablanca I wouldn’t even look at another hotel!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. As a big fan of the Four Seasons brand, I’ve visited many of their properties, and this one did not disappoint. The breathtaking ocean views were unforgettable, and my favorite part was the breakfast — the gourmet service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

Impeccable luxury hotel with wonderful service and facilities. Some things to know. Firstly it does not have a bar license. Finding this out was a blow as they don't put in prominently on their website. However, they have a terrific concierge service and a fleet of Mercedes to take you out to dinner and pick you up at very low cost. They treated us like royalty and were constantly making sure everything was alright. Sometimes they were a little light on detail and consistency, but they would always put things right quickly. Thoroughly recommended. Finally in July the weather was dry and in the seventies F. Northern Morocco is not hot and it was a welcome relief from yjr US and the UK.

The team at this hotel are outstanding. I stay in lots of hotels all over the world and it is rare to find hospitality at this level. If you want to relax in Casablanca this is the place.
