Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

I had a truly wonderful stay at Four Seasons. Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the exceptional level of service. Special thanks to Monia and Mina in reception for their outstanding effort, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They were extremely helpful and made the experience even more memorable. My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel was absolutely outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the elegant rooms and impeccable cleanliness to the calm atmosphere and top-level service. Her kindness and dedication reflect the true spirit of the Four Seasons hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. As an American woman staying at this hotel, I have been treated as if I were not even a human being worthy of greetings and common courtesy. Perhaps this is cultural, but I would expect a luxury hotel to at least show some degree of cultural sensitivity and respect for women. During my entire stay, the hotel staff only acknowledged the presence of my male companion and ignored me as if I were the dog by his side. Absolute disgusting service here.

The 10 of us stayed here one weekend night before starting our Morocco tour. The hotel is on the beach and has nice ocean views from the restaurants. The common areas are very attractive. The fitness center is large and well-equipped. The property is very close to the King Hussan II Mosque, which is well worth a visit. Overall, though we felt the hotel didn’t live up to the Four Seasons brand. Our dinner in the Mint restaurant was one of one of the few bad meals we had in 3 weeks in Morocco. Alcohol is not allowed in the hotel, so no glass of wine with dinner. Our room was booked as an ocean view room, but in reality looked out on a parking with just a small sliver of water visible. Our room was just adequately sized and nothing special. From about 10 pm to 3 am, cars and motorcycles raced in front of the hotel and in the adjacent parking lot, making sleep, even with earplugs, almost impossible. We felt the service, given the Four Seasons image, was sub-par - especially compared to the Royal Mansour in Casablanca.

My husband & I stayed with Four Seasons Casablanca in November for a few nights & we had a great experience. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the staff & everyone was very friendly. While our room was getting prepared we went to the lobby balcony & were given the choice to order some free beverages as a courtesy from the manager. The hotel is beautiful & the ocean view is incredible. We got our room upgraded to a suite (possibly because I booked with my Amex platinum & members can get upgraded when it’s available) & the room was beautiful. We had daily breakfast at restaurant Bleu located in the hotel & loved it. There’s a large spread for breakfast, everything was delicious and the ocean view is breathtaking. The staff at Bleu is the absolute best, a special thank you to our waiter Mehdi who was so kind to us & went above & beyond to make our breakfasts so special. Please promote Mehdi! He’s absolutely amazing! This hotel is beautiful & what made it even better was the staff.
