We were supposed to stay at the Royal Mansour but switched at last minute because the Royal Mansour’s pool wasn’t working. The service at hotel was beyond fantastic. Pool service was tremendous. The attendant was very attentive. All the staff were friendly and genuinely cared about our well being. My husband had a terrible fall downtown and the hotel couldn’t do enough for us. They called a doctor to hotel. We had to go to hospital and the hotel sent us a guest service manager to help us navigate the language. Even after we checked out, the hotel sent us an email and also called us to ensure my husband was doing well. There is no alcohol at hotel because they can’t get a liquor license as too close to the mosque. You can bring in alcohol to hotel but you can only consume it in the room. The hotel is situated right on the water and the views are beautiful. Having breakfast each morning overlooking water was lovely. Huge selection at breakfast buffet and very accommodating to dietary issues. This was a perfect stay to end our three week vacation in Morocco. Thank you again for your Moroccan hospitality!!!

The Fours Seasons in Casablanca has the most outstanding service we've ever encountered in our travels (even better than a Ritz Carlton or St. Regis). We got sick during out stay and the entire team was extremely accommodating even creating a special tea from one of their mom's recipes to securing a doctor for a house call (ultimately not needed). The hotel has a beautiful ocean view and the interior design is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious as was the room service dinner menu. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and inviting. Stay here if you go to Casablanca!!!

When reviewing a Four Seasons property, it’s often less about determining if the hotel is good—the brand’s reputation nearly guarantees that—and more about understanding how it compares within the elite family of Four Seasons resorts around the world. Guests pay a premium with the expectation of consistent excellence, elegance, and thoughtful service. In that light, our stay at the Four Seasons Casablanca, while still enjoyable, fell short when measured against the best-in-class experiences the brand can deliver—especially when compared directly to the Four Seasons Rabat, where we also stayed on this trip. The property in Casablanca does benefit from its seaside location, but the advertised partial ocean view from our room was interrupted by a nearby construction site and a busy thoroughfare, which diminished the tranquil seaside promise. The room itself, while spacious and clean, showed signs of wear—furnishings felt slightly tired and lacked the polished luxury one expects at this price point. Service, typically a Four Seasons hallmark, was a mixed bag. While staff members were attentive and friendly, we found their approach at times inconsistent. For example, on our way out to dinner, housekeeping offered turn down service and asked if we would also like our room cleaned again. When we tried to explain that turndown service would be nice but the room was cleaned, she was all too eager to understand we didn’t want her to service the room at all. Perhaps this was a language issue but when we tried to explain she was already way too ready to move on to her other evening tasks. Additionally housekeeping was rather inconsistent overall, leaving rags in the room or not providing replacement amenities. Nothing horrible here but not top Four Seasons quality. Likewise, when making recommendations around dining, the concierge came across as hurried and slightly dismissive when assisting with dinner reservations—perhaps due to being overwhelmed by a large auto show group and the presence of high-profile Middle Eastern dignitaries also staying at the hotel. Regardless of the reason, it led to a more transactional and less tailored guest experience. Ultimately, this is still a Four Seasons—comfortable, safe, with a level of service and amenities that surpass most alternatives in Casablanca. But for those who have experienced the brand at its peak, especially in places like Rabat, the Casablanca location feels more like a solid luxury hotel wearing the Four Seasons badge, rather than embodying its spirit fully.

We stayed at the four seasons Casablanca unfortunately only one night at the end of our Morocco trip. The hotel is amazing and all in perfect shape. Really luxurious. Staff is amazing too and the food for breakfast as well as at the restaurant is superb. We received a great welcome and nice tea service and then were brought to our amazing room with sea view. Great room, nice size, amazing bath and all clean and in perfect shape. Also the breakfast was excellent. Our waiter was fantastic and the buffet as well as the a la carte dishes were delicious. Only negative aspect as we went to the restaurant for dinner there were a lot tables with dirty glasses or plates at the dining area that have not been removed and on our arrival at the restaurant this did not look very nice. I can recommend this hotel 100%. Next time in Casablanca is is our first choice again

Friendly staff but way overpriced. I would have considered coming back but just a pool access for two adult at 200 euros tells me a lot. Food was ok, but again really too expensive, we shared a Tajine and had two bottles of water with two juices .. 125 euros, come on.
