Reviews for Kenzi Tower Hotel

Not a great place

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Had a room on the 14th floor. Room was old. Amenities were poor especially the light switches. Bedsheet had a hole. Bathroom was also old. Water was spilling outside the bath area and going to the bathroom area. Had to cater for extra towers. Located on a noisy road. Had to wait for quite a bit for check-in. Breakfast tables had not been cleaned.

Perfect

Very nice hotel. The location is perfect for me, right in the middle of everything. This is the third time I’ve chosen this hotel, which shows how much I like it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Halima on the 22nd floor — such a lovely person with a beautiful smile — and Souhail in the restaurant. The reception team and all the staff are always kind and helpful. I always feel comfortable staying here and truly enjoy my experience every time.

Nice hotel but felt neglected

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

A high rise hotel in town but with not many shops and restaurants close by. Our room was very large with views on 2 sides. Bathroom was very odd as when you had a shower you soaked the wooden frame of the bath. The floor also got flooded. We took a walk round the area and it was a death trap trying to cross the roads. There were also many people begging on the streets which was sad. However the most challenging thing was to get dinner in the hotel. It was Ramadan but we were told that the restaurant, but not the Sky Bar, was open for dinner. We arrived the restaurant just before 7pm and ordered 2 salads. There was no one else in the restaurant at that time but shortly several other guests showed up and ordered food. By 7:45 no food had showed up and staff were avoiding answering questions. Shortly after that, 2 chefs appeared and the food started arriving although we were not the first to be served even although we ordered first. This was a big International hotel who seemingly couldn’t cope with international guests during Ramadan. I have a lot of respect for national customs but was disappointed they left their foreign guests wanting.

Spacious rooms. Nice view. Needs renovation. Awful internet access

I stayed for 3 nights, visiting Casablanca for business purposes. I enjoyed my stay here. Specious, comfortable rooms, well organised and with all needed amenities. I stayed at the 20th floor and the view was lovely. The hotel is centrally located though not very close to major attractions Staff was very polite, as most of the people in the city, willing to help constantly. Breakfast was amazing!!! Nevertheless, some things need improvement: - internet access was very slow - TV not working, possibly due to the slow internet. Constantly freezing and switching off. Couldn't watch at all - Some things in the room need fixing. For example the wardrobe door and the bath/WC furniture have pretty much reached end of life. - Colleagues staying at other floors complained about no hot water. Mine was not very hot but it was shower usable. Though I enjoyed my stay, would possibly choose another 5* hotel next time, unless the owners decide to invest on their asset.
