The hotel is stunning. Stunning. That’s where the good stuff ends. The worst part is that the hotel turns off the AC at night and rooms have no windows to open and the heat in unbearable. Impossible to sleep. When talking to the front desk several we were “mocked” other times they didn’t understand the English. Housekeeping is lacking. Service is extremely slow. Delayed. The seem that they care about the guests but they don’t. They work on their own schedule and don’t care. When I called the hotel attention to this. After I left. Not asking for any freebies. I had a cal with ALI BELHOSSINE DRISSI the FULLY ignore what I said and all he had to say was that my concerns are false. What a joke. Would NEVER GO BACK. hotel eun by a bunch of incompetent people. Nothing like the one in marakech. Stay elsewhere. Not worth the money. Sad.

This hotel felt like a true oasis hidden in the heart of bustling Casablanca. My only regret is not catching the names of all the incredible staff who made my stay so memorable. From the young man who warmly welcomed me and tried to help with my luggage (unfortunately it never arrived from Paris), to the gentleman at check-in who patiently walked me through the hotel’s layout and my room, the service was exceptional from the very beginning. The friendly and radiant women who handled my checkout left me smiling, and I knew from the start that this was going to be a special experience in Casablanca. The room itself was beautifully designed, with thoughtful amenities and a layout that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Even the room service was unforgettable—not just the delicious food, but the woman who delivered it with such grace and warmth. Everyone should get to experience something like this at least once in their life. Truly unforgettable.

Wash Your Stress Away! A visit to the barber is essential. I treated myself to a VIP steam shave at the salon, and it was rejuvenating! This experience allowed me to release all the travel stress from my journey to Casablanca in just an hour. Manif was brilliant, it was an hour I’ll remember for a long time. Thank you Manif!
