The Royal Mansour Casablanca, originally built in 1952 in the district designed by town planner Michel Ecochard, is an emblematic building of Casablanca. Besides its history, it marks the crossing point between modern art and contemporary architecture, initiated by the pioneers, and the modern designer of the second generation of architects in Morocco. Inspired from this strong heritage with a look to the future to regain an undisputed influence in Casablanca, the Royal Mansour is the latest luxury property in town, offering the highest level of service, with a total of 149 guest rooms and Suites, 7 event venues, 5 outlets for the gourmets and an amazing Spa on 2 levels. A true highlight of the hotel is also Le Salon Barbier. Located on the 20th floor, the barbershop is an absolute destination where male beauty treatments are elevated to an art form.

This hotel is very good. I probably would have rated it 4.5 if the scale of rating facilitated that. The hotel has an excellent ambience and is very beautiful architecturally. Marble is amply used in the lobby and in the premier suite that I had booked. Beautiful array of flowers are present in the lobby and in the adjacent bar area. The fish tank whilst many were photographing it I found it to be passé - so 70’s. My Premier suite was beautiful- ample space , wood and marble beautifully used and I totally loved it. So if it was so good, why is it not great. The finishing touches that take it from good to great were missing. 1). I wrote to reception four times making specific requests during my stay - whilst the concierge who arranged my special VIP meet at the airport and my transfer to and from the airport was copied into the email reception never replied and neither did they act on it even though they mentioned it during my check in. 2) One of the requests I had made for instance and which was acknowledged during my check in was for the premier suite on a higher floor , imagine my surprise and disappointment that my suite was on floor 7 - the rooms of the hotel are on floors 6- 22. I guess they considered that they had fulfilled my request because it was not on floor 6! 3). The hotel skimps on some of the amenities. For instance it is one of the few luxury hotels that I have stayed in that does not provide a shaving kit. Of course you can call for it but who wants the hassle of calling for a shaving kit every day especially when you are paying more than $1,600 per night. 4) The soft drinks in the mini bar are free but they are not replenished properly daily. A lovely place to stay but to truly move from a very good to a great luxury hotel, especially given that it is very pricey , it needs finesse and an improvement on the finishing touches and customer responsiveness.

Good Hotel, very good Rooftop Bar. But Hotel construction noise effecting guests and neughbours at 02.00 in the morning. Supervised by Hotel security guards workers decide to make very noisy construction work at 2 o clock in the morning at a side door of the luxury Hotel.

We tried the Tamuda bay and loved it so much. In Casablanca when you enter, the most striking in the wide hall is the beautiful floral decoration. Restaurants are top class, Wine list unique in Morocco. The hotel facilities and services are very qualitative. A beautiful experience

The location was great and well thought felt extremely I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

The Impeccable Royal Mansour Casablanca The hotel is a perfectly curated experience. All the details - from the service and the reception to the ingredients in the breakfast (all sourced from the King’s personal farms) are given the fullest attention We also enjoyed the spa and gym areas and the massage treatments by the Spa’s highly professional staff. I had an absolutely fantastic Thai massage with Lin, a master of Thai massages. The Japanese restaurant serves the absolute best sushi I’ve had outside Japan..Finally, our lovely Maltese Yasmine was greeted with her own personalised bathroom towel and bed, in a room that planned in every detail for the guest’s comfort.
