The Royal Mansour Casablanca, originally built in 1952 in the district designed by town planner Michel Ecochard, is an emblematic building of Casablanca. Besides its history, it marks the crossing point between modern art and contemporary architecture, initiated by the pioneers, and the modern designer of the second generation of architects in Morocco. Inspired from this strong heritage with a look to the future to regain an undisputed influence in Casablanca, the Royal Mansour is the latest luxury property in town, offering the highest level of service, with a total of 149 guest rooms and Suites, 7 event venues, 5 outlets for the gourmets and an amazing Spa on 2 levels. A true highlight of the hotel is also Le Salon Barbier. Located on the 20th floor, the barbershop is an absolute destination where male beauty treatments are elevated to an art form.

I was confident before arriving that I would have a good experience, but throughout, I was astonished at the level of hospitality offered. The warmth of the initial welcome by the General Managers, the overall finish and ambience of the location, the immaculate turnout of the staff, the superb location of the breakfast and the high standard of the food, the quality of the room offering, but above all was the profound humanity on display. Every interaction was infused with deep respect and concern for my happiness, but some went further, creating a very real sense of connection. Achraf, who looked after me at breakfast, ensured I made the most of the wonderful breakfast offerings each day. Laila, my therapist, gave an outstanding, revitalising body massage and facial. This was as good a 150 minutes as I can remember, and I am particularly pleased with the effect of the facial. The meal at La Brasserie on the first and third nights was curated by my waiters and waitresses, who made the perfect choice. The Brasserie, as well as the individual, has a canteen-style run of tables, and it did occur to me that when the restaurant is quiet, it can appear a little formidable and mechanical. Just a thought. Each morning, I used the equipment in the gym, sauna, and plunge pool with the gracious help of Hicham, who acted as a human ball of string, laying a trail around the spa and gym so I could find my way. He was attentive without being intrusive and a real credit to the property. He ensured I made the maximum use of my time. Thank you! My room service Salad Nicoise was like all the food of the highest standard. Otman, the concierge, created two wonderful explorations of Casablanca, and on the day I visited, Hassan II Mosque provided an excellent and amiable Muslim scholar who went by the prophet's name, and Fareed, who drove us with great aplomb. However, Otman was also the classic concierge, with an answer for every need, even ones unrelated to the hotel. There were so many moments when one was reminded that hospitality comes naturally in Morocco. The gentleman who sits beneath the painting of the King and Fatima perfect examples of that ideal balance between personal warmth and professionalism. Fatima exemplifies the sophisticated elegance of the Royal Mansour. My drivers from the airport and too Casa Voyagers, nothing was to much. It was on my drive from the airport that I had the first indication of the quality of the music that I would be graced with during my stay. Classic Balladry and Instrumentals full of swing, grace and old-fashioned charm. To coin a phrase "I am in heaven." Every touch in the room, every design feature, every gracious moment with the staff, and all the food offerings tell a simple story: Mansour is a class act. Thank goodness fate gave me an extra day to saviour it. Thank you to each and everyone of you.

This is specifically a shout out to Amal, who was our lovely, kind, competent server at breakfast. She is a true asset to the hotel who set a beautiful tone for our trip - she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and kindly explained and encouraged us try try all the Moroccan breakfast foods. Thanks to Amal!

We were fortunate enough to have one night at the Royal Mansour Casablanca, just as we headed back to the states. The hotel, staff and restaurants are exceptional. The hotel design celebrates art deco in its truest sense - gorgeous marble, fixtures and decor abound. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Othmane and a few moments later, Ali and Laurent. All welcoming us to this luxury hotel with a yummy welcome drink in the beautiful lobby. Check in was super efficient and then we were whisked off to the sushi restaurant for lunch, where the service was equally professional. We were upgraded to a Junior Deluxe Suite which was both roomy and decadent, with expansive views of the Hassan II Mosque, the Atlantic and the old Median rooftops. Dinner was the French restaurant which was equally delicious and served by a professional team. The sommelier went above and beyond and offered to grab me a glass of Moroccan rose from another bar within the hotel that served it. The hotel was operating room level clean - I think you could probably eat off of the floors. There is absolutely no noise. In terms of value, it is an expensive hotel, but I think that you get way more than you pay for when you stay here. I hope that one day we can visit again for more than 24 hours.

What a beautiful Hotel, we really enjoyed it. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I really recommend to visit the rooftop bar and enjoy the view with a drink. Mr. Taha is the perfect host and will make your time there unforgettable. We really enjoyed every minute.

Exceptional service in a lovely hotel - would definitely go back. Nothing was a problem for the staff and we had the best stay in a corner room
