Absolutely wonderful
Wash Your Stress Away! A visit to the barber is essential. I treated myself to a VIP steam shave at the salon, and it was rejuvenating! This experience allowed me to release all the travel stress from my journey to Casablanca in just an hour. Manif was brilliant, it was an hour I’ll remember for a long time. Thank you Manif!

Great Customer Service
We were supposed to stay here but upon check in, we found out that the pool was non operational. This was the end of our three week trip and was looking forward to just relaxing by the pool for a few days. We couldn’t stay here and the hotel very graciously called the Four Seasons for us to get us a room. The hotel cancelled our reservation without penalty and had their car service take us to the Four Seasons at no charge. No attitude and very gracious to make us happy. Very grateful for how hotel handled this

Best hotel I’ve been to.
Simply the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Out of nearly 30 countries. Service is so good it felt they were telepathic. View from breakfast restaurant is just incredible all day. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is a complete experience. They clean and clean and clean and clean. Everyone here is either cleaning constantly or assisting a guest. Truly first class

Moroccan Luxury at its Best!
The hotel is luxury at its best! The front office and entire hotel staff is extremely friendly, efficient and attentive to your needs. The food served for breakfast at Le Rooftop and the culinary offer at Le Brasserie was excellent. The overall hotel facilities are elegant and the amenities provided in and outside the room are superb. My experience at the Spa with a Hammam, followed by a massage were worth my time and money. If and when we return to Casablanca, we will definitely repeat a stay at the Royal Mansour. Merci beaucoup pour l'attention et l'hospitalité.
