The Royal Mansour Casablanca, originally built in 1952 in the district designed by town planner Michel Ecochard, is an emblematic building of Casablanca. Besides its history, it marks the crossing point between modern art and contemporary architecture, initiated by the pioneers, and the modern designer of the second generation of architects in Morocco. Inspired from this strong heritage with a look to the future to regain an undisputed influence in Casablanca, the Royal Mansour is the latest luxury property in town, offering the highest level of service, with a total of 149 guest rooms and Suites, 7 event venues, 5 outlets for the gourmets and an amazing Spa on 2 levels. A true highlight of the hotel is also Le Salon Barbier. Located on the 20th floor, the barbershop is an absolute destination where male beauty treatments are elevated to an art form.

This hotel is gorgeous. Everyone is professional and warm. The hotel had no tobacco odor and was spotless. Our room was beautiful and immaculate. I was sad we only had one night. Drinks on the rooftop for sunset is mandatory as well as express check in at the airport. They handled all of our details. The concierge is fantastic.

This was a perfect hospitality experience from check-in to checkout. It began with Fatima, the hostess who welcomed us as we walked in after an all night flight from Washington and told us to have a seat in the gorgeous lobby with a delicious drink while she saw to our check in. Design is spectacular, modern, opulent and colorful with a Moroccan flair. Definitely my style; I don't go for old world opulence. Flowers in the lobby are spectacular. Fatima told us that our room was ready early (thank goodness) and gave us a tour of the hotel, including all the restaurants before escorting us personally to the room. The room was gorgeous, incredible view of the Hassan 2 mosque; lovely note and beautiful spread in room (fruit, nuts and chocolate; who could ask for anything more?) Bed and linens incredible; such thoughtful touches like the room is dark to sleep but when you get up and take a step a night light turns on so you don't fall. This was far and away our best hotel experience in Morocco. I am super critical and I'd say every penny of the high hotel price was worth it. Checkout was a breeze. All personnel at the hotel were lovely at all times. The view from the Skytop bar is amazing (picture provided) and breakfast there is lovely. We can't comment on any other food at the hotel except - do not miss the Cigar Bar in the lobby. It was great and we went every night for a drink and dessert. You can also order dessert there from the French restaurant menu. Awesome drinks. Our only negative experience was the free hammams that came with our room price; My husband and I both hated it. We traveled with another couple and the other man also hated it. The men found it painful. For instance, salt got stuck in their chest hair (they were picking it out for days). I also found it uncomfortable. I didn't get it at all and my attendant could not communicate well with me. I will say that the fourth traveler loved it. It did not detract from our experience of the hotel because it gave us so much to laugh about for days. I don't know if this hammam experience was typical or not. It included getting rubbed (like sandpaper) with black salt, washed, showered and finally dunking in a cold plunge. This is apparently something Moroccans of all income levels do weekly (confirmed throughout our travels). Not sure if this hammam is typical or not. Honestly it was not a problem since at least we didn't pay extra for it (beyond the price of the package) Again bottom line for me is that this was an absolutely perfect hotel experience in spite of the hammam. We all LOVED the Royal Mansour Casablanca and talked about it throughout our trip.

From the moment I arrived, Royal Mansour Casablanca delivered a flawless experience that deserves nothing less than 10 out of 10. The concierge team was outstanding, handling every request with ease and arranging seamless car service to and from the airport that set the tone for the stay. The spa is an oasis of tranquility. Every detail, from the serene design to the world-class treatments, felt carefully crafted to restore balance and elevate relaxation. It is undoubtedly one of the most luxurious spa experiences I have ever had. Evenings were elevated at the rooftop restaurant, where the vibrant atmosphere was unforgettable. A guest DJ curated the perfect soundtrack for the night while the culinary team served innovative and decadent dishes. The views, paired with impeccable service, made for a magical Casablanca evening that felt both exclusive and exhilarating. Royal Mansour Casablanca defines opulence with attention to detail, exquisite service, and a true sense of hospitality that lingers long after checkout. This is a destination where luxury is not just promised, it is lived.

Beautiful well appointed hotel. No expense spared. Gorgeous marble throughout, incredible flowers in the lobby. Bathroom fixtures top tier. Beds comfortable. Pillows sublime. Street facing rooms do have noise but my traveling sound machine helped mitigate that. Rooftop bar has incredible cocktails. Restaurants have incredibly attentive wait staff and excellent food options. Loved breakfast. Well done.
