An unusual combination at this wonderful hotel of business efficient support for our conference there with a relaxed holiday club atmosphere. So both holidaying and conferencing 'Tribes' mix really well, on a foundation of excellent staff and very good food and facilities

Exceptional service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The food was also outstanding. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and high-quality options available each morning. would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and would happily stay here again

We liked the location and things were quiet in the area - don't try (like we did) to walk into Cascais - it's a trek! A lot to read here, but I want to be fair and would recommend, but it just isn't perfect. Arrival was disappointing, and really not great from the reception desk. No information on where things were or what was available, no drink offered - we had said we would be early, but couldn't check in on arrival. No problem, and the reception were going to call us when the room was ready - they didn't and when we got back an hour after check in had opened (5pm), the same person on the desk said they needed to check the room was ready. This didn't much impress us, and lacked any real professionalism. Then they had some issues with finding our suitcase. The room was lovely - really liked the room but had to call the desk a couple of times as we had no coffee milks on two of the days and missed some towels on one of the days. It was comfy and quiet. All was clean and value was acceptable, but I couldn't say the same about the restaurant and outdoor areas. We had dinner one night and it really wasn't good, and didn't match the description or cost on the menu. Also the decking in the outdoor area is pretty rough and without being too extreme or dramatic it wasn't safe in some areas. We went to the outdoor pool but didn't go in - place was a bit of a mess. It felt like the outdoor swimming pool was a different standard to the hotel. Really enjoyed the spa area and massage we had - really good quality and a nice space. It sounds worse than it was, but it wasn't a bad place. The reception staff when we left were so different - couldn't do enough and even gave us cookie boxes.
