Fantastic Hotel in the heart of the Dolomites

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in , every room has a stunning view of the dolomites , the staff are incredibly helpful from front desk to concierge (thank you Günther ) helping us plan our hikes and bike trips .Everything has been thought of , free snacks in the mini bar , more hangers than anyone could possibly use , milk in the fridge for morning tea or coffee .The beds extremely comfortable , modern and clean , three great restaurants to eat at , we will definitely. come back

Pure Perfection.

This was our second summer visit in the past two years to this incredible hotel. When there are so many great places to stay in the Dolomites, why did we return? The answer is simple: Perfection. The hotel gets perfect scores across the board - location, cleanliness, spa, amenities, food, comfort, and most importantly, staff. It is the dedicated, professional staff at this hotel that really make it stand out. Every member of the staff goes out of their way to make your stay special. Some stand-outs include: Leonardo, Andrea, Luigi, Sarah, Elena, Claudia, and Valentina. They are great at what they do. True recognition goes to all staff and management, however, both public facing and those behind the scenes as an operation this well run could not be achieved without dedication from everyone involved. While the food was great in 2024, it seems to have improved this year. All meals were delicious, well thought-out, and diverse. The hotel caters to a multicultural clientele, with multiple languages spoken by staff. The facility is immaculate. We cannot wait to return.

A wonderful stay

A wonderful hotel with a cozy vibe. The staffs were friendly and attentive. The food at all the restaurants were excellent. The concierge was amazingly helpful in organizing our daily excursions. The location is very convenience to the chair lift and the cable car up to the mountain top. Overall 10/10.

I stayed there for 6 weeks for ski holiday. Amazing staff with local knowledge and international mindset. Great sense of hospitality. Super delicious cuisines with local fresh ingredients and seafood, pizza and steak. Rich indoor and outdoor activities. Convenient location next to cable car and ski station with lovely view.

The best place we have ever stayed.

COMO Alpina Dolomites was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we got there, everything just felt so right. The vibe, the details—literally everything was spot on. You can tell the people here actually care. It’s luxury but not stuck-up, cozy but still super polished. Our room? It was wild. Way better than what we expected. We had this huge jacuzzi tub that could fit six people (not kidding), two glass showers, two walk-in closets, and even a red light relaxation room—like, what!? There was even a dining table that sat six. It felt more like a private chalet than a hotel room. The food was amazing too. Every meal was so good—breakfast, snacks, dinner—just all really well done. We ate at Chalet, their newer restaurant, and yeah there were a couple small hiccups, but they fixed them right away. You can tell it’s going to be really great once they settle in. But the real star was the staff. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and helpful. Luigi and Leonardo at the bar were awesome—so fun to chat with and made the best drinks. We found ourselves looking forward to seeing them every night. Anna at the front desk helped us with some train issues and gave us great ideas for hikes with the kids. Speaking of kids—we brought our two, and I wasn’t sure how a luxury spot would handle that, but they were totally cool. Everyone was so nice to them, like they were happy we were all there. That meant a lot. The pool was amazing too. It’s partly indoors but opens up to the outside—so cool. We didn’t get to try the spa this time, but it looked beautiful. And yeah, bring your swimsuit! Honestly, the whole place felt like this mix of Italy and Germany in the best way possible. It was calm, clean, and just worked. Not going to lie—I almost didn’t want to write this because part of me wants to keep it our little secret 😂. But they deserve the shoutout. We’re already trying to figure out when we can go back. If you’re thinking about staying here—just do it. Trust me.
