Imagine a luxury cruise liner anchored in the middle of one of the most magnificent sites in the world, surrounded on all sides by high rugged peaks and green pastures (in the summer)., the changing light creating the most unique, never ending show. The decor is minimalist, in a light blue and wood palette, soft textiles, comfort and quiet luxury. The staterooms, sorry, the rooms are more like suites (we had the terrace de luxe) : enormous bathroom with separate toilet and bath tub with shower stand, a nice entrance with lots of cupboard and drawer space, a sofa with chaise long, a table with two comfortable chairs, armchair, huge bed and bar stand with minifridge (complimentary non alcoholic drinks and snacks) wine, teas and coffees with kettle and coffee machine, HD satellite TV. Outstanding terrace with 180 degrees view . And the service, oh the service. Attentive, prompt, pro active and friendly . And you are left wanting for nothing. If you manage to take yourself away from the cosseting room and superb views (after the yummy breakfast at Sassolungo restaurant) , visit the splendid pool, the spa, the bar with complimentary cake snacks and beverages between 3 and 5 (all enjoying some more spellbinding view and stellar service) . Meals can be had in one of the three hotel restaurants, the lounge or excellent room service, together with near alternatives . The area is full with activities and the hotel’s concierge can definitely assist in arranging them. At the end of your stay, you just want some more. Please do keep up the incredible work.

Most beautiful and luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend!

The food was ok. The staff was terrible. Very rude and dismissive. Only served pizza outside instead of the whole menu. The whole entire restaurant was empty yet they couldn’t sit us for a meal at 7 o’clock when the “reservations” were at 8:30+. Then they proceeded to sit another group without a reservation right after they denied us. Horrible host. Terrible service. Didn’t visit us once when we sat outside. Do NOT come here. Such nice restaurants near there. Go elsewhere.

Amazing top-notch hotel. Everyone there provides superior service, from the wait staff, the greeters, the tour guides, the spa staff. Would highly recommend. Only hesitation for a future stay would be lack of AC during the summer months; you can request a fan however.

Great location and beautiful high end resort . Impeccable service . Definitely need a car . This hotel is also a stop for those on several bus tours . We went in summer and a great base for exploring the Dolomites . The hotel is located in a small town ski village. It was very expensive / over $2100 a night for our room - so on the exclusive side .
