We decided to explore the north side of the island after a wonderful stay near Soufriere so we booked a room for two nights here to finish our island stay. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a great spot for families. A few disappointing issues- we had hot water only once, the first evening after we checked in, and never got it even lukewarm warm again for the remainder of our stay. Don’t love cold showers! The bed also needed to be flipped over- it’s clear where people sleep on it because there is a giant lump in the middle of the bed to let you know it’s not there! We did have a leaky sink faucet and the staff did show up to fix it immediately which was great. The food was good- we didn’t do all inclusive because we rarely spend time at hotels when we travel- we want to see the island and explore its beauty! But overpriced for the non all-inclusive guests is the understatement of the year! Room service of a small cheese pizza and a burger cost us $75- that’s insulting but it was our only option at 10:15 pm so we had to do it. I read it before and still think our choice to not pay the extra money for all inclusive was right for us but be prepared to pay a hefty fee for just about everything!

My fourth visit to this beautiful paradise, and somehow it becomes more meaningful every time. When I first visited Windjammer, I met guests who had been returning for 20 years, and I remember wondering why anyone would choose the same place again and again. Now I know exactly why — because Windjammer doesn’t just touch you, it stays with you. It becomes part of your story. Staff: The staff here are nothing short of extraordinary. Their smiles feel sincere, their kindness feels effortless, and their warmth envelops you from the moment you arrive. Every person I met made me feel seen, welcomed, and cared for in a way that is rare and almost impossible to describe. To the entire team — thank you. Truly. Management, you have created a family here, and being welcomed into it is a privilege. Esie, Mr. Norbert, John — your names are etched into my memories of this trip. You didn’t just provide service; you created moments, feelings, and joy that I will carry with me long after I’ve left. Our villa was breathtaking — the kind of view that stops you in your tracks and reminds you how beautiful life can be. I could have lived there forever. And the birthday surprise… it brought tears to my eyes. It wasn’t just delicious — it was thoughtful, personal, and made me feel so incredibly special. Those are the moments that stay in your heart. Restaurants: Every restaurant delivered not just wonderful food, but experiences. Flavours that delighted, meals that lingered in my memory, and settings that invited you to slow down and savour every bite. Not a single dish disappointed — it was perfection every time. Windjammer is my heaven on earth — a place where my heart feels lighter, where the world feels kinder, and where I am reminded of how beautiful life can be when people genuinely care. It’s spotless, stunning, and filled with the kind of warmth you cannot create — it has to be lived. I’m already dreaming about visit number five. 😊

This is our third visit, and once again this beautiful venue did not disappoint me or my family. The location is simply stunning, however the thing that really makes the difference here are the people. I simply can’t rate them highly enough. What is amazing is how many of them remember who you are after a whole year. Next year we will return once again. The management of Windjammer should be proud of their achievements, and all the staff deserve the highest plaudits.

I wanted to share our delightful experience from our recent trip to Windjammer Landing. This was our third visit in four years, and it continues to impress us every single time. Truly, this place is a little piece of paradise. The hotel amenities are absolutely top-notch, from the ever-helpful staff to the diverse range of activities on offer. It's the perfect spot for families with children aged 0 to 18 years old, though it's not exclusively for families. You'll find plenty of couples and other guests enjoying their stay just as much. As always, some of the highlights of our visit included the fantastic water sports, expertly managed by Gordon. If you get the chance, I highly recommend taking a water-skiing lesson with him. The restaurants, beach bars, and various other amenities left us thoroughly impressed. I can't imagine anyone finding a reasonable fault with this place – it's definitely deserving of a big thumbs up! While this review is just a snapshot of our experiences, I encourage you to check out other reviews for more detailed insights. If you're not overly particular about having ultra-luxurious accommodation (though the rooms are more than satisfactory), you'll find that Windjammer Landing is a near-perfect 5-star resort in every other aspect. A special shout-out must go to the incredible staff at Windjammer Landing, who truly make this place exceptional. Their dedication and friendliness contribute significantly to the overall experience.

Stayed here for three nights in mid November and were in a one bedroom hillside villa. Pros: beautiful views, comfy beds, nice beach and pool area, decent breakfast (fresh fruit, omelettes to order etc) and good aircon. Shuttles come quickly and drive you around the resort. Did the boat trip to the street party/ fish fry - haggle the price. Cons: caters towards all inclusive guests, if you are not on the all inclusive, the food prices are extortionate and the quality of the food is poor. Food at dragonfly was Bad, Jammers was better but service was often slow. An hour and a half from the airport on switchbacks road. Would recommend as a place to relax though would probably be better if you had a car so you could leave and eat out
