Dexsi was absolutely wonderful during our stay. She was very professional, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. She made us feel very welcomed and gave us great tips and recommendations for visiting the Disney parks.

Lovely time- solo female traveller
Had a lovely stay here. As a birthday treat was upgraded to a suite. Pool area was lovely and very much enjoyed the happy hour of free drinks! Liam checked me in who deserves a special mention and was very attentive and friendly. The rooms are a little dated, but that didn’t bother me it was very clean and comfortable. One feedback I would say is although you do wear the wristband making it clear you are a guest there there should be a 10% discount on the bill which was always missed until I picked up on it at the end as was only aware of it then. Celebration area is beautiful and worth visiting downtown and walking around the lake

So many issues
1) Wrong room, we booked family suite, they gave us regular suite. 2) Door lock not working, can't lock it. 3) Shower faucet in one bathroom too tight, can't turn on. 4) Shampoo too watery. 5) Bed too soft
