Melia Orlando Celebration

Let’s just say my stay was worth every penny! I booked the night before! Got a great deal and they currently have a promotion where you get two free water park tickets! This was the perfect getaway for my daughter and I! We had a blast! We arrived early and they accommodated us no questions asked! Room was clean and stocked! Great views of the pool from our balcony! I love that there was a shower and tub in our suite! The kitchen is a plus! My daughter has to avoid gluten and dairy so we didn’t opt for the breakfast package but having access to make our own food was the icing on top! Overall great experience we also got to check out at 12 noon instead of 11am! My only complaint was that the gym is a bit small; however you can access a nearby fitness center if you need more space! This was my second time here first time in 2023 and they have made significant upgrades! Def my go to hotel in Orlando!

First room bed was dirty and refrigerator didn’t work at all. Second room was supposed to be an upgrade but view was terrible and not enough linen. Plus the hotel charges for every little thing, what happened to free breakfast? Lastly the beds were very uncomfortable pillows and mattress, we did not sleep well.

The hotel and the amenities look wonderful. I checked in late at night. When I checked into my room I saw that it was not up to acceptable standards the standing lamp in the corner was broken the toilet seat was loose and moving around the mattress was uneven it was dirty, the trash can in the bathroom was dented and broken. But the most important part was the mattress I was only gonna be there for one night. I went downstairs and began to ask them if they could change the room and when guess walked in trying to check in after me the receptionist asked me to wait so she could check them in first. I understand I was cranky and could have waited but I thought that was unacceptable and I chose just to go to the room because I needed to sleep. I don't know if this is a room that was beat up and because I was there for one night or because I booked through Priceline I was given room ( 244 B) which I don't believe is the standard of the hotel in general I was extremely disappointed I've stayed in Meliá hotels Elsewhere including Barcelona Spain I was extremely disappointed. I did take pictures just to show management that I'm not just being a whiny guest. I do hope that they pay attention and fix the room.

Lovely staff, the food was great... I loved the entire vibe of the hotel. We will definitely be returning!

Me and my friend spent a day here on a resort pass, so we did not spend the night but this hotel was absolutely amazing. Not only was the staff on point and attentive, the grounds were so clean and well managed. No matter where you were at the pool, there was always a waiter walking by to take your order or the manager Francisco, who is absolutely a doll checking on you to make sure you're good!!. He literally cares about his guests, and it shows! This Resort really had so many daytime activities for their guests. It blew my mind. It literally reminded me of an all-inclusive. (I am familiar with their all-inclusives throughout the Caribbean) I've done many Resort passes throughout Kissimmee/Orlando and this one was pretty top tier.. After a great day at the pool we went and had some food at the bar, Wilson Backyard. We had burgers and fries. They were delish. And the bar staff was even more friendly. Between 4:00 and 5:00, The hotel has happy hour with free wine and beer! This place is an absolute gem.
