Really enjoyed our 6 night stay at this beautiful hotel which was about 15 minutes ride from the parks. We were greeted by Caroline on front desk who was so happy, friendly and polite when checking us in and helped find a perfect room for our needs which was so spacious and immaculately clean. Pool area was perfect to relax and so quiet during the daytime when people were generally out at Disney! Breakfast was served to your table and freshly prepared to your liking by lovely staff who ensured everything was perfect. The only thing that we would have liked is a bar that was open later than 11pm but we were able to go out in the local area instead and found several nearby places to eat and drink. The dog friendly aspect of the hotel didn't cause us any problems or noise and it was actually great to see them around the hotel. We were able to arrange a late check out which was very handy. Overall a wonderful stay and our new go to place in Orlando for a bit of tranquility away from Disney when needed!

I recently stayed at your hotel and while the environment was initially welcoming and most of the staff were professional—especially Mary Jo at the front desk, who was exceptional—I faced a significant issue that marred my experience. The TV in my room was inoperative throughout my six-day stay. Despite reporting this on the first night and following up daily, the problem was not resolved, and alternatives like changing rooms were not offered due to full occupancy. On the sixth night, a technician confirmed the TV had been out of service for some time, but after leaving to make a call, he did not return. Attempts to resolve the issue with the night manager were unproductive, and she could only offer a $30 refund on the resort fee. Given that the amenities covered by this fee were unavailable for the duration of my stay, I requested a full refund of the resort fees for all six days, considering the total cost of over $1500 for the stay. However, this request was not honored, and the only additional compensation offered was a $30 breakfast voucher, which was insufficient for a meal for two. Ultimately, I checked out and relocated to another hotel for the remainder of my trip. I had high expectations for your establishment and am deeply disappointed. I would appreciate a more satisfactory resolution to reflect the inconvenience experienced.

My 7th stay at this stellar hotel. Rooms are impeccably clean, Amenities are excellent, and employees always have a smile and a Good Morning, Afternoon, and Evening on their lips. Too many people to thank. Great Place. My home away from home.

Stayed for the Summit Cheer Competition at ESPN wide world of sports. Great hotel experience. Pool is centrally located and the girls could hang out with no worries or problems from anyone. Rooms are large and comfortable with options for separate bedrooms and kitchens in the rooms. Restaurant and bar were good and pricing was very reasonable. The brick oven pizza was really good. Bar staff in the evening was crabby but didn’t let it ruin our experience. Breakfast was tasteless. Appearance was good but just wasn’t good. Location of hotel worked great for our team’s purpose. It’s 10 mins from ESPN and Magic Kingdom which we were back and forth to quite a bit. We didn’t rent a car and used Uber for everything from the airport to the parks to shopping and was really stress free doing so. They picked up right in front of the hotel and worked out perfectly. I would definitely come back to this hotel and may even consider doing so multiple times per year just based on price and ease of travel throughout our entire experience.

We enjoyed the hotel! It was clean and modern. The kitchen is a nice feature. We were spending 3 days at Disney, and this hotel is a "good neighbor" option. They do offer a shuttle to the parks; however, it is quite complicated to figure out and it's really nothing more than a glorified city bus. It makes many stops and we would not choose to travel via that shuttle if we were to return to this hotel. It is much more convenient to take a rideshare. We did enjoy that there were Disney characters at the pool. When we were there, there were Frozen characters and my son loved it. There's a lot of Disney magic at this hotel. Convenient location to get to the parks.
