Over priced food and beverage
I get double but triple to quadruple absolutely not. You stay at a full service to use the services, but when it is so overpriced you can’t justify using the other services.

Serious Safety Concerns - Fire Alarm in Full Blast in the Middle of the Night
The fire alarm went off two nights in a row, once at 6:30 a.m. and again at 4:45 a.m., each time for several minutes. Staff admitted it was a known issue and the response was dismissive. I have a recording of the incident. This hotel needs to address safety and guest care immediately.

Another excellent stay
We chose this hotel last year, for a last minute vacation to Orlando, and it did not disappoint. We returned this year, and were equally as happy. Great location for Disney, Free Parking, Happy hour 4-5pm, excellent house keeping service, excellent pool.
