SIRO Boka Place

I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! I was celebrating early for my birthday and a beautiful cake was handmade and delivered when we settled in on the first day. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and we asked lots of questions and wanted to know everything but nothing was too much trouble. The pilates class was good and we had a class to attend daily. We had a Red light therapy treatment from Milan and a full body analysis and consultation from Diana which was so informative! The food included on the half board package was sublime and lots of choice - well done the chefs! Ena served us and gave us loads of information about trips but every single member of staff from reception to coffee making and cleaning all had a smile on their face and were so helpful and professional. Staff training must be congratulated but I felt that everyone genuinely was happy in their work and cared about the customer experience. 5 stars for everything and we will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family or anyone reading this review!

We had a fantastic week at the Siro Porto Montenegro. Top class hotel, very clean, wonderful service in all areas, including front desk, cleaning staff, gym staff and of course the waitress/waiter service. All staff were great but a special mention to the waitress Jelena who we found very engaging and entertaining. We attended a number of the fitness classes and found the instructors very professional. We also enjoyed the red light therapy and a session with Diana the nutritionist. We were half board and the food was fabulous, couldn’t fault it especially having freshly made food and drinks at breakfast. The only slight criticism was that there was some confusion over what was included in the evening meal for the half board option. We had a thoroughly enjoyable week and would definitely return to this hotel.

Siro Porto Montenegro – A Wonderful Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Siro Porto Montenegro from 14th to 21st September 2026, and we absolutely loved our experience. It is a fantastic place, and we would happily recommend it to others. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing reception staff, who were friendly, professional and made us feel right at home. Our room was on the 6th floor, and it was presented, comfortable and very well maintained. We particularly appreciated the high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Esther, who cleaned our room a couple of times during our stay. She was always very polite, professional and attentive. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning. Ena and Ershad consistently went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their warm and attentive service really added to our experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Siro Porto Montenegro. The beautiful location, excellent facilities and, most importantly, the wonderful staff made our holiday very memorable. Fantastic Siro! We had a wonderful time at the Siro Porto Montenegro. The hotel is modern and furnished with a great sense of design and atmosphere. The rooms were an absolute highlight—especially the beds and the lighting design. The gym is very well-equipped for a hotel and also offers classes, about which we have nothing but praise. There’s a half-hour nutrition consultation with a body composition analysis, which we can wholeheartedly recommend—Diana does an excellent job! The pool stands out because it’s a sports pool where you can really swim. It can apparently be heated, which unfortunately wasn’t the case during our stay, but with a little patience or a tolerance for the cold, you can still enjoy it. The view from the pool terrace is beautiful, overlooking the water and the mountains. Breakfast—and the food at Siro Table in general—completely won us over; there’s a wide selection of healthy and not-so-healthy options, and everything tastes great. Anyone who pays attention to what they eat will appreciate the nutritional information provided with the dishes. The service in the restaurant was, unfortunately, only okay; on some days, we would have liked more attention and less chaos. On other days, however, the team was very well organized. Overall, though, everyone was super friendly and accommodating, so this criticism should be taken as a minor quibble. The Siro Porto Montenegro is located on the outskirts of Porto Montenegro, which we really appreciated because it offers space for short walks to Porto Montenegro and all the way to Tivat. At first glance, Porto Montenegro seems a bit artificial and inauthentic, especially when you compare it to Tivat. But after a few hours, both places reveal their own charm, and we really enjoyed the relaxed and international atmosphere in Porto Montenegro. The walk along the marina, with views of the bay and mountains, speaks for itself anyway. We’d still recommend exploring both towns and the entire area around the hotel. It’s definitely worth it! One problem, though, is the taxi drivers—unfortunately, they aren’t trustworthy and seem to operate like a small mafia of their own. Be sure to arrange a transfer through the hotel or use the MonteGo app; we’ve had good experiences with it.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, but management and customer service need improvement Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro. It’s a lovely, modern hotel with fantastic gym facilities and generally friendly, welcoming staff. However, a couple of disappointing experiences took the shine off what could have been an excellent stay. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at check-in because the previous guests had been granted a late checkout. This was frustrating, as it affected the start of our holiday. It took some persistence on my part, repeatedly asking whether another room could be made available, before the situation was resolved. To their credit, the hotel did compensate us with complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. The gym facilities are outstanding and definitely one of the hotel’s biggest selling points. The pool area is also lovely, although it was extremely busy during our visit, and we only just managed to secure sunbeds. Our biggest disappointment, however, came after checking out. I accidentally left a brand-new T-shirt in our room, which the hotel subsequently located. Unfortunately, they weren’t particularly accommodating when it came to arranging its return, leaving me to organise collection through DHL myself. When DHL arrived to collect it, the hotel apparently knew nothing about the arrangement. Despite following up by email, I’ve received no response. This was particularly disappointing and not the level of aftercare I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel itself is excellent, and the majority of the staff were genuinely lovely. However, these experiences left me questioning the overall management and customer service culture. At times, it felt like service with a smile on the surface, but when something required a little extra effort, the willingness to help wasn’t quite there. Would we stay again? Potentially, yes. SIRO Boka Place has so much going for it, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. However, I’d want to see more consistent reviews demonstrating improvements in management and customer service before booking again. With a little more attention to how problems are handled, this could be an exceptional hotel.
