Overlooking the vineyards that stripe the hills of the Champagne region, Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa reimagines the wine-country retreat. Our 47 luxurious rooms with magical Champagne views. Our interior decorator took inspiration from the natural and cultural heritage of the region, favoring natural materials to create a sleek and graphic mis-en-scene. Ours is an urban spa experience in the most bucolic of settings. Nowhere else in the Champagne region can you explore the vineyards, then return to a world-class destination spa overlooking the vines. Hand-selected therapists await to pamper, replenish, indulge, and restore you to the healthiest version of yourself with also nine treatment cabins, two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), steam room, sauna, jacuzzis, yoga studio, fitness room, beauty bar.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Check‑in felt more like a welcome ceremony — we were ushered to a cozy couch, handed glasses of champagne, and taken care of while everything was handled for us. Our room was absolutely incredible. The view, the deck, the soaring ceilings, the bathroom — every detail of this junior suite was spectacular. Room 18, in particular, felt wonderfully private. We were also surprised with champagne and treats for our anniversary, which made the stay feel even more special. The hotel recommended outstanding tasting experiences and Michelin‑starred restaurants, and the entire experience was exceptional. The only real challenge was getting to Reims. That first night, the trip from the hotel cost us over €100 one way — not exactly ideal. But after that, we had no trouble getting Ubers at all.(still costly as we went each day) Other reviews mentioned cancellations or no pickups, but that wasn’t our experience. In hindsight, we wish we had tried Uber from the start. The resort itself is highly recommended, and definitely rent the e‑bikes. They were fantastic — we followed the path down to the little villages below, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our stay.

A beautiful super clean hotel in the Champagne region easily accessible from the motorway. Spa area has a lovely pool and gym . We ate in the bistro restaurant but bar food also available. Also made us a breakfast to go as we left early .

One of the Best Hotel experiences from the arrival, to our stay and even upon departure. Ever staff was very attentive to every single detail, vip amenity in room with a personalized note. Room is very spacious and bright, service was perfect, breakfast menu offer was perfect. The #1 hotel in the champagne region!

What a wonderful stay at Le Royal. It really felt like being at home. Everyone catered to our every need including Thomas at the bar. Special shout out to Thomas who was my conversation partner while I waited for my friends to come back from shopping. He was personable, and made me feel so at home. Kuddos! Hope he is there when I return in the spring.

Beautiful hotel greatly situated for visiting many of the champagne houses. Rooms are super nice and decorated in style. A few things though - reception staff should be better at “feeling” the mood of the guests. Had a few situations that made us uncomfortable. Also - the two restaurants are nice (one is a Michelin). We tried both and I must said it’s good but value for money and be discussed! Finally - the spa area is strange and I think the hotel would benefit from a spa expert from one of the Austria spa hotels in regard to interior design and floor situation plan. Overall a good experience. Will surely visit this place again in the future…
