One of the Best Hotel experiences from the arrival, to our stay and even upon departure. Ever staff was very attentive to every single detail, vip amenity in room with a personalized note. Room is very spacious and bright, service was perfect, breakfast menu offer was perfect. The #1 hotel in the champagne region!

What a wonderful stay at Le Royal. It really felt like being at home. Everyone catered to our every need including Thomas at the bar. Special shout out to Thomas who was my conversation partner while I waited for my friends to come back from shopping. He was personable, and made me feel so at home. Kuddos! Hope he is there when I return in the spring.

Beautiful hotel greatly situated for visiting many of the champagne houses. Rooms are super nice and decorated in style. A few things though - reception staff should be better at “feeling” the mood of the guests. Had a few situations that made us uncomfortable. Also - the two restaurants are nice (one is a Michelin). We tried both and I must said it’s good but value for money and be discussed! Finally - the spa area is strange and I think the hotel would benefit from a spa expert from one of the Austria spa hotels in regard to interior design and floor situation plan. Overall a good experience. Will surely visit this place again in the future…

We came here for a second stay 15 years apart . It was as magical this time as our first time here . It’s undergone an amazing renovation and everything is exceptional. Staff , breakfast , drinks , dinner , room , ambience , faultless .

Stayed for 3 nights recently, having visited many times previously. It seems to get better and better, if that is possible. Undoubtably one of the very best hotels in France. The rooms are very well planned with every convenience and stunning views over the vines- the vendange was in progress. The three dinners in the Royal restaurant were sensational and will be long cherished. The staff under M Charlier are fantastic, charming, efficient and welcoming. The chef certainly deserves 3 Michelin stars. A tres bientot.
