Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa

We stayed here for two nights on a driving tour of France. It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the vineyards. The staff are excellent - very friendly, professional and with excellent English. We had a lovely room and enjoyed the spa and excellent dining options. It is expensive but you get what you pay for and we would definitely return.

We stayed at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa as part of our France trip. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by Julie who took care of us very lovely. The suite was wonderful. We had a large bedroom and living area and a great bathroom. It was comfortably furnished. Especially the bed was very cozy. The view of the vineyards was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. They offer a wide selection of delicious dishes. We want to highlight the fantastic spa. You can relax on the lounge chairs by the large pool area. Royal Champagne offers a wide selection of wellness treatments. We visited champagne cellars in Reims and Éperney and took part in champagne tastings. We highly recommend a stay at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa!

We found this place when doing a driving trip around northern France. We had high hopes for it because it’s not a cheap place to stay - but worry not - it’s worth every penny. The hotel staff are at your disposal completely and we felt very at home. We will definitely be back just to enjoy the hotel and the spa. Thank you for looking after us !

A Truly Exceptional Stay – One of the Best Hotels We've Ever Experienced We have just returned from a four-night stay at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, and without doubt it is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single member of staff was exceptional. It didn't matter whether it was reception, housekeeping, the restaurant, bar staff, spa team or concierge – everyone was genuinely friendly, professional and seemed to take real pride in ensuring guests had a wonderful experience. The level of customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention also has to go to the valet team. They were always smiling, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made arriving back at the hotel after a day out an absolute pleasure. The hotel itself is immaculate. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with obvious attention to detail throughout. The views across the vineyards are stunning and create such a peaceful atmosphere. The food was excellent. Every meal we had was beautifully presented and of a very high standard. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail from the kitchen were evident at every sitting. The only observation I would make is that drinks are certainly priced at the luxury end of the market. The wine list is extensive and impressive, but we didn't notice a bottle priced below around €80–90, so it's worth bearing that in mind if you plan to dine in the hotel each evening. That said, this didn't detract from what was an outstanding overall experience. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings and a team of staff who genuinely make you feel welcome, I couldn't recommend the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa highly enough. We will certainly be returning.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The facilities were excellent, and every restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was consistently delicious and of a very high standard, making each meal a memorable experience. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We were especially touched by how sincerely they celebrated both my husband’s and my son’s birthdays. Their kindness made us feel truly valued and created memories our family will cherish. If we return to the Champagne region, we would happily choose to stay here again. The only disappointment was that, despite booking several months in advance, my son’s tennis lesson was unfortunately not arranged. As a result, my husband and I had to miss the spa treatment we had reserved, which was a shame. I also think it would be wonderful if there were more activities and programs for children, allowing parents to enjoy some relaxing time as well. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all of the valet and parking staff. They were the first people to welcome us and the last to say goodbye, and their warmth and kindness made both the beginning and the end of our stay especially pleasant. A special thank you to the staff member who took the time to play chess with my son. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much to our family. His kindness made our son’s stay even more memorable.
