We had so much fun last time we came here, we had to come back. We’re a retired couple, that forgets we’re that age. We have a blast when we come here. There’s putt putt, wave pool, cool pool and pool bar and grill. And the best for us, is the lazy river. We spent A LOT of time in it. Awesome restaurants. If you’re a golfer, we hear it’s just as awesome. Rooms are just as awesome as everything else. There’s an adult pool and hot tub also. But not much fun in that area. Quiet calm club area. And all the employees are polite and very helpful. We already want to go back. You just have to go!

To the Management and Leadership Team at Omni, I am writing to share feedback on our recent stay. While our trip included a stressful family emergency, the exceptional professionalism of your staff ensured that we will remain loyal Omni customers. During our stay, my young daughter fell ill due to heat exhaustion. Thalia, the manager at Trevis restaurant, stepped in with a level of attentiveness we will never forget. She recognized our stress immediately, took control to keep us calm, and quickly provided the exact physical address so we could coordinate emergency help. Kevin, the Security Manager, was equally outstanding. His rapid action gave the EMTs immediate entry to the property. He stayed with us the entire time, keeping us calm. In addition, while I prepared to follow the ambulance to the hospital, Kevin anticipated our needs and retrieved my vehicle without even being asked. I want to provide constructive feedback regarding Crocs Poolside Bar and Grill. This medical situation could have been avoided if the food service were more efficient. Our food was significantly delayed and mistakenly given to other guests. In the Florida heat, timely nourishment is critical for young children. I highly recommend Crocs implements a better tracking system, such as food pagers, to prevent mix ups. The exemplary actions of Thalia and Kevin completely salvaged our experience. Because of your wonderful on site team, our stay was worthwhile and we will absolutely be coming back. Please ensure both of them are recognized for their compassionate service.

We love the location and atmosphere! Super clean property and extremely friendly employees. We are Icon Members and we always contact the Loyalty Ambassadors prior to booking. Laura and Thaddeus are great! They take really good care of all Omni members. The food is good and all employees very friendly and helpful! Location is within walking distance to shopping centers. We love all the pools, especially the adult pool and the quieter pool near the Villas. There are an abundance of amenities. We're never bored.

My 11-year-old son and I recently spent a Mommy & Son Day at Omni Resort, and our experience was absolutely remarkable from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, and family-friendly, with plenty of activities to enjoy together. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would especially like to recognize Jermaine for his exceptional kindness and quick response when my blood sugar suddenly dropped. I needed orange juice urgently, and he immediately ran to get it and made sure I was okay. His compassion, professionalism, and sense of urgency meant so much to me, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. Thank you to Jermaine and the entire Omni team for making our Mommy & Son Day so memorable. We created wonderful memories together and look forward to returning soon!
