Paradise in Orlando
Had the best time ever at this resort right here in the U.S. that was on par with any in the Caribbean. I especially want to give a shout out to Ruben at the Croc’s poolside café, who absolutely made our vacation so much more fun and memorable by all of his kindness and professionalism. Also want to give praise to Dawn L. who served us twice at the breakfast buffet. She was so kind and accommodating, especially since we had little kids with us who needed a little extra attention. She went above and beyond our expectations. They are both such assets to the Omni international hotel. Please give them some acknowledgement of their contributions. They make people feel like friends, not customers. They went out of their way to make sure 4 adults and our grandkids: ages, three and five, felt like kings! Matt Shockley

I bought a day pass and—wow—it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the service is excellent; everyone is very friendly, especially a staff member named Sandra at the check-in area and a restaurant worker named Jermaine (I’m not sure of the exact spelling). Plus, they provided free towels and allow you to bring in cakes, cupcakes, food, etc. Everything is great and it was super fun; I recommend it 100% and plan to come back.

Wonderful Spa Visit with Exceptional Service
I had a fantastic experience during my visit. Rob, the massage therapist, was absolutely great — attentive, skilled, and made the whole session incredibly relaxing. Tina was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, creating such a comfortable environment. Their combined professionalism and kindness made my visit truly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

Disappointing Experience as an Amex member
Booked through American Express- "upgrade" was ridiculous- a better view looking at a rooftop? Cost of drinks at Davids club was ridiculous and valet was a real mess in trying to get the car. Would not recommend
