Mrs. Noemi is truly one of the most compassionate and kind people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made our stay feel so warm, welcoming, and special. Birthday Weekend
Excellent experience and customer service throughout our stay. I can’t say enough about the front desk staff and our pool server, Leonela. Amazing service, friendly, professional and genuinely cared about our experience. We are local to Florida and the Omni at Champions Gate and can’t wait to return. Thank you all for a memorable birthday celebration weekend.

Nice Hotel
Beautiful hotel and grounds. Drinks very expensive for small cups. Broadway Deli was a joke. Food is fast food nothing made fresh. Coffee was like drinking mud and threw it out. Making guests pay $38 for a gated parking lot is ridiculous.

Pool day pass experience
My wife and I got a day pass to the pool for a little Birthday celebration. The pool was perfect and the staff was friendly. Rob from Engineering as well as Juan were particularly helpful in accommodating us and making sure she had a great birthday. I can’t thank them enough. We will definitely return and this might be a new “staycation” spot for us.

Fun weekend
We had a very enjoyable stay at Omni ChampionsGate! We took our grandson over for a bday golf weekend! They were only able to play 6 holes due to rain, but that typical for Florida and our summer rainstorms! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a fun filled weekend and will definitely go back but more during the dryer season :) Marian
