We spent four nights here in mid-May and were delighted with the hotel. It's a good location for visiting Chania and other places in Western Crete and the hotel is very well designed around two large pools with beautiful plantings enhancing the site. As the hotel does not allow children the atmosphere was always peaceful and, even though the hotel was full, it never felt at all crowded or busy. Service from the staff was excellent in all aspects and they really made efforts to help us maximise our enjoyment of our stay. We stayed in one of the duplex rooms with private jacuzzi on the balcony and thought it was well designed with two large balconies and a small upstairs sitting area, although the bedroom itself was quite small. We booked this as part of a British Airways package and thought the overall cost was very good value. Food and drink at the hotel are high quality and we thought they were reasonably priced for an hotel of this quality. We would highly recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quiet beachside location convenient for Chania.

Visited in April as it reopened. Excellent from start to finish. The property itself is beautifully kept with pretty much all the facilities you could want (small indoor and outdoor gym, spa, two pools, direct access to beach with loungers...) But it's the service that really makes this hotel. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond, from desk to the lovely housekeeping team and particularly the guys at Topos restaurant. From our welcome checking in, to breakfast outdoors at the terrace and check-out, everyone we interacted with greeted us with a smile, always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a room in the 'Haute Living' category which comes with whatsapp concierge service (always responsive, very useful) and half board as well as access to the Library lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, a useful extra that we used everyday. Would definitely recommend upgrading to this category. Our room itself was beautiful, full direct sea view, bath on the large terrace, living room upstairs, everything you could need/want. The food at Topos was really good, with rotating specials to keep things interesting. Breakfast was tasty, a full buffet with a selection of Greek specialities. Cannot wait to come back to Domes Noruz Chania, planning my return as we speak...

I never write reviews unless something was horrible, or exceptional. Domes Noruz passed our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive - especially Sia and Anthie. The breakfast was delicious, and views were great. We could’ve never left the hotel and felt satisfied with our trip - it was quite relaxing!

Domes Noruz in Crete has been an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for—warm, attentive, and always one step ahead of our needs without ever feeling intrusive. The hotel itself is stunning. The private outdoor plunge pool and bathtub in our ocean view suite were absolutely spectacular—they left us joking about renovating our home to match. The restaurant was incredible. Even in-room dining was a highlight—fresh, beautifully prepared dishes made dining in bed a magical experience, especially the lobster pasta dish. It’s the kind of place that leaves you dreaming of your return.

The property was the first Autograph Collection resort/hotel I've stayed at. I went in with no expectations and was blown away. From the start, the pre check-in communication was good (answered a few of my questions). The property itself has amazing amenties like: 2 pools (party with a bar and sunchairs or quiet zone with sunchairs). Decent gym with a rower, weight machines, and free weights. They have an indoor and outdoor setup. (Outdoor is smaller). The property is beachfront with sunchairs and umbrellas. The staff stock the beach towels each morning. The spa has an indoor hydrotherapy circuit (2 benches with jets in the pool). Also, a steam and sauna room. The on-site restaurant was amazing delicious breakfast and dinner selections. The room I chose had a private plunge pool with bathtub. The whole decor and ambiance of the room was immaculate. The HVAC system was having issues but the staff always took care of the issue while I was away. The staff Zoi, Eno, Margarita, Alexis, Elpida, Konstantina, Nikos, and Argyris all took care of me, as well as Evangelos the GM took time out of his busy day to chat with me. I will return!
