We have had the best time here. The service is amazing and the staff work hard to create a warm and tranquil environment. The food is five star as is the service. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and they provided little treats to help us celebrate and make the holiday extra special. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a fabulous time.

Wonderful welcoming reception on arrival, Room 5103 near quiet area pool ,bed very comfortable ,spacious very clean swim up pool with lots of privacy , the food really is fabulous. From the moment we arrived at the Domes Noruz, we felt as though we weren’t just another guest. We were welcomed by the friendliest reception staff. The room was stunning, super clean and the plunge pool was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lovely welcoming wine 🍷 The cleaners were very cheerful and kept our room fabulous and clean. We didn’t want for anything from bottles of water to clean towels, everything catered for. We were there on a bed and breakfast basis and the range of breakfast foods was immense. The coffee was good and even ordered different coffees. The staff on breakfast duty were friendly, anttentive and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was extremely clean and tidy, with towels neatly placed on loungers all the time. The pool staff were friendly and cheerful. The pool had regular water checks also. My only minor criticism would be maybe look at replacing the privacy blind from the pool area onto the terrace in room 7103 as was fraying round the edges but that is just a picky thing.

We love this property. Not only is the beach beautiful and so clean but the pool areas are beautiful. The hotel is hidden in a semi residential area so there is a lot of privacy. The check in staff is excellent and very helpful. The restaurant has great food from breakfast to dinner. The staff is so friendly and always provide excellent service. Elena is the supervisor at the restaurant and she is incredible. She’s very engaged with the staff and customers. The general manager is always visible greeting and welcoming guests. He’s clearly very involved with every aspect of the property and loves feedback from the guests. You can see he does an excellent job by how the property looks and his staff.

Please DO NOT stay at this hotel! The service is terrible. The staff and management do not care about their guests at all and are extremely rude. There are many better option in Crete and Chania. This may be one of the WORST hotel experiences I have ever encountered.
