Please DO NOT stay at this hotel! The service is terrible. The staff and management do not care about their guests at all and are extremely rude. There are many better option in Crete and Chania. This may be one of the WORST hotel experiences I have ever encountered.

Such a wonderful experience, worst part was leaving. Everyone was so amazing from Artemis in security, and all her cat friends :), to George and Sabrina at the front desk / guest services and the restaurant/ pool and spa team. This was an unbelievable level of hospitality and outstanding property. Can’t recommend enough.

We loved our stay at this modern Aegean Sea resort with clean, contemporary rooms on Agi Apostoli beach in a beautiful setting. Our room, balcony jacuzzi, and amenities were excellent. The breakfast daily was fabulous with a variety of options- both healthy and indulgent with a lovely view of the beach and water. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance and a mini-market at the end of the street. Domes Noruz staff helped us arrange taxis to Chania (15-20 minutes away) as well as sharing about experiences near and far to explore the area. We loved the cooking class in a nearby village they offered as an excursion. The beach chairs and larger pool were wonderful for relaxing and their service at breakfast, the front desk, the beach attendants, and housekeeping were all friendly and top notch. So many staff were great, but I'll give a special thanks and shout out to Christina, our housekeeper and Elena et al at the concierge desk. Highly recommended for an adults only vacation experience in Crete!

Not a big review writer, but just had to after a fabulous week at the hotel. It’s fancy but welcoming - the design is unique and rooms are spacious. The wonderful thing is that even with full occupancy, we felt that we were never overcrowded. Food is exceptional, staff is always smiling, always there to help, but never interfering. Crete and Chania are brilliant and staff came up with wonderful recommendations- all ended up being exactly as advised. We are already planning the next visit. Thanks to all the staff.

The beachfront location is truly lovely when the weather and sea conditions are fair. We had 3 days out of 7 that were heavily clouded and the sea had a red flag. Our friends half an hour away from Chania had glorious weather every day in the same week, so not sure if the mountains here are an issue as the lifeguard said the sea was often red flagged. The quiet pool is stunning and I used this a lot, whilst the main pool was a little too rowdy for me. There was never an issue getting beds at the beach or either pool which was great, and towels for outdoors are plentiful. Breakfast food and setting is lovely with loads of choice. The pool bar in the evening was nice though not a lot of atmosphere. We walked out to a few local restaurants and cocktail bars which were excellent, so definitely get out and about. The beach is a public beach that gets very busy. It’s pretty clean but the sea is lovely (when you’re allowed in it). Our upgraded room was not worth the extra money as it was in the shade all day making the plunge pool unusable. As lovely as it is, I think the weather would put me off returning. I’ve never seen a cloud in other Greek islands at that time of year.
