Very good with a few exceptions
The hotel Pillows were awful (hard, not fluffy), for an elite property it was very disappointing. Housekeeping was very slow, one day our room wasn’t cleaned until we asked after 6pm

I love The Dewberry and can't wait to return
Everything about The Dewberry is next-level excellence and luxury. Every person on the staff that I encountered was polite, poised, and addressed me by name. The historic building adds to the resort's unique stay. The bar and ice program are impressive. The rooms are large and comfortable. Lexi at the spa gives the most amazing massage. The food (especially breakfast) was literally off the charts.

Amazing Anniversary Experience
My wife and I were looking for somewhere special to spend our anniversary and we decided to give the Dewberry a shot. We are so glad that we did!! Everyone at the hotel was professional and accommodating and worked hard to provide an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be staying there again the next time we visit Charleston

A+ Hotel Experience!
Great location, beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, and an even better staff! My family and I were in town for a wedding/wedding weekend and The Dewberry did not disappoint.
