French martini brusched

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Amazing! We went for brunch. Michael was our waiter. He was awesome and super patient. We took a long time to order. Sorry we ate before taking pictures. Pizza was a marg add sausage, meatballs, baked eggs, bakery basket, and oysters! Food was so good. Pizza is Neapolitan style. Light flavorful. Meatball are rich and soft. Oyster were loaded. They were citrusy, acidic from sun dried tomatoes. The bakery basket changes. Everything was worth it. Michael recommended the French martini brusched. Get it. It light refreshing and delicious. Eat here for sure. Stop by. It’s a beautiful hotel too.

Michael was amazing! So attentive and helpful explaining to us the wonderful holiday festivities including the yurt that Frannie and the fox offers during the holidays. He’s the best!

Great location

Lovely suite. nice amenities. The location is awesome. It is walking distance from the market the French quarter, the battery. Parking is a little pricey but you basically don’t need a car here.

Nice location, mediocre experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Popular for weddings, and noted several airline crew members staying here. However, I would consider another location next time. Although, even 5 star hotels have some negative reviews. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite. Nice size, comfortable bed, nice sofa and sitting area. However, Hank's was outside our window, and one night there was loading noise at midnight. Other nights were ok. Nice size bathroom, but the shower seemed slippery, and there was no grab bar. My wife did not feel safe shampooing her hair. 1 bedroom suite directly across from the elevator and coffee maker, so there was some noise from other guests. The hallways are long, so I think it's better to be close the elevator than walk to the end of the hall. The coffee maker on every floor and filtered water as well were nice things to have. Another complaint, is that for 3 days, there was at least a 10 wait to even be seated for breakfast, despite there being several open tables and booths. Apparently, 2 staff decided to take the weekend off. As a result, we ate around the corner at Market Street. The pancakes are great, but not my top choice, but at least their staff showed up for work, so we were able sit at a table right away, in fact, on the 2nd day they even opened a few minutes early, when they saw us standing outside. That was for 2 breakfasts. The 3rd day, we took an Uber to The Dewberry Hotel, a 5 star hotel. No reservations, seated immediately, great breakfast. Also, I found the staff there more engaging than anyone I encountered at Emeline. Emeline is next to the Charleston Market, and very close to the carriage ride tours. It's nice as a base for exploring the historic district. Not nice enough for me to stay here again.

Emeline, excellent hotel and even better Concierge team.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Excellent hotel location and even better trip planning with the Concierge team of Christine & Sheri. From our four restaurants and tours they recommended, they helped make this trip extremely memorable. Forget about ChatGPT, deal directly with the Concierge teamt to help plan your trip.
