Great Lunch Experience at Frannie and the Fox.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Had a wonderful lunch at Frannie and the Fox with my wife and daughter. Food was excellent but the service made the experience that much better. There was a large private party going on at the same time we were there, but Rebecca S. prepped us for it and was super attentive to us. Helpful with the menu and even convinced my daughter to try the Italian version of Coke. She ended up having two. Would definitely go back.

Stellar customer service by Chris the manager!!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

From booking to checking out the Manager Chris took care of us. I’ve never had a manager give so much attention to detail. We had stayed here several times but this was over the top special. He made our anniversary trip memorable and was so accommodating for any questions we had. I would highly recommend the Emeline and look forward to our next trip to Charleston!! Mark helped us set up a transfer to our next hotel and did it with a smile and helpfulness that is sometimes lacking these days! Thank you for the great service!!

Great experience, great waitress

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Even with a boot on, Rebecca S. was still working so hard and keeping such a positive attitude. The food was delicious, and her recommendations were spot-on. The cocktail and salad were both great, but Rebecca’s energy and service truly made the whole experience even better. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Great time thanks to Rebecca S.

Rebecca S. Was incredible. She has a boot on and yet was WORKING it. Food was delicious and she made some great recommendations. The beer and pizza were both great but Rebecca made it even better. Thank you!

An affordable option in Charleston

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

This was our second stay at Emeline and although not our favorite hotel in Charleston, this hotel offers affordable rooms and an overall satisfactory experience. Noting that many Charleston hotels are higher caliber but also higher priced, it’s the little things that stand out here such as lack of beverage in the rooms. One must walk to central “nook” on each floor to get water (this is just weird to me). Our nook was broken so it was a bit of a deal to get some water. The rooms are starting to show some wear and the bathrooms lack basics like qtips, cottonballs, etc.. The restaurant on site is very nice, beds are comfie and we had no issues with noise during our stay. Front desk service was good as well. Overall the hotel is an option if you’re not looking for a luxury experience.
