Hotel Bennett Charleston

Beautiful property! Lovely deluxe queen room that gave 3 girlfriends plenty of room! The Kings Club is a must! Nice selection of tasty food. Great drinks!! The servers were so friendly! Concierge team was delightful! Hooked us with a wonderful private historical tour. Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. We are coming back and staying here! 11 out of 10!!

Rude and condescending staff at the front desk as well as the main restaurant/bar. We switched to The Dewberry and had an amazing stay.

Great location. Elegant facilities. Food is overpriced and especially breakfast items need an upgrade. Service is generally very good. The Pink Bar is cool. Lovely roof top pool, bars and coffee shop.

What a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant with a very friendly staff. The location is perfect as it is in the heart of Charleston. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The beds are super comfortable and the room decor is tasteful, classy, and timeless. I would love to stay here again.

What a lovely experience the Hotel Bennett was. My wife and I came for our anniversary, and we were truly grateful for our decision to come here. The price of the rooms very much reflects the level of service and care you receive while you are here. We got the basic king sized room, but the space was more than enough for us, and the room itself was gorgeous. The staff here were some of the most friendly and attentive staff I have had the pleasure of meeting. Our rooms were cleaned and serviced 2-3 times a day, depending on whether we were in the room still. They leave little dark chocolates on the pillows for the evening, and it’s such a lovely little touch. The bathtub was quite large, enough for both me and my wife to very comfortably bathe in together. The shower was quite spacious as well. The hotel itself was immaculate, so very clean and smelled wonderful throughout (a common issue we’ve had with many hotels we’ve stayed at). The lobby itself was very welcoming, and so very beautiful. We were so caught up in the beauty and comfort, we forgot to take more pictures of it all. Also, talk to the concierges here if this is your first visit to Charleston, especially Kevin. There people know everything you could want about this city. Kevin managed to get us into Halls Chophouse down the road that I had been trying to get a reservation for over a month with a night notice. They are very skilled at what they do, and will help make your trip even more memorable. My wife and I will definitely be back here again in future visits, and would recommend anyone wanting a beautifully comfortable stay to choose the Hotel Bennett.
