We absolutely loved our recent stay at the Market Pavilion. The location is perfect, the hotel is immaculate and has the perfect blend of grandeur and historical charm with modern amenities and comfort. And the rooftop bar and pool area are fabulous! We also want to commend them on their wonderful staff, especially Nickolet. She helped us several times throughout our stay, remembered our names and relevant information and was just lovely to interact with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Market Pavillion Hotel, Teresa was fast and courteous when she checked us in and explained everything well. Shane was our Vallet 90% of the time. He was quick to bring around our car, helped with our luggage and always with a smile. Liam was a wonderful bartender, remembered our order and always friendly. I loved the turn down service. Our room was spacious and very clean, enjoyed the toiletries, not too heavily scented. The coffee on each floor in the morning was an extra touch we weren't expecting but certainly enjoyed. This will be the place we stay going forward on our annual girls trip to Charleston. Centrally located in the French quarter, within walking distance of just about everything you want to do, can't think of a better place to stay!

I love this place. The staff are exceptional. Many thanks to Shane, Liam, and Theresa, who made this trip most enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The coffee and chocolate croissants are a very pleasant way to start the day. Views from the rooftop bar and pool area are beautiful. This hotel is centrally located, making it an easy walk to most places of interest.

Loved the location of this hotel. We were able to walk to everywhere! Loved the turn down service. Excellent hospitality! Loved the coffee in the morning on every floor. Everything was clean & great here. Only complaint was no mini fridge in the hotel room. We just got lots of ice & poured our drinks over the ice.

Southern comfort with style, not only because of the geographic location within the city but the atmosphere expressed through decorations of the period it symbolizes. The rooftop bar is comfortable with a mix of locals and the tourists passing through. The Grill 225 Bar was alive in the evening with a mix of the casual passerby along side those dressed for the more upscale evening. The room itself boast of comfortable beds topped with 4 comfortable pillows for sleeping, which is not what I have found to be true for most hotels. In the morning you walk down your hallway to help yourself to fresh coffee and pastries, and return in the afternoon from your day of shopping to an assortment of freshly baked cookies. The housekeeping staff was not only polite and quick to help with any request, but actually went out of their way to inquire if there was anything else we needed.
