Market Pavilion Hotel

The service at Market Pavilion is like no other. Checking in we were assisted by Theresan and she was absolutely wonderful, accommodating our requests that were not guaranteed. She went above and beyond to make it happen, and absolutely made our whole weekend. The service here is why we keep coming back year after year. Thank you so much Market Pavilion stuff for making our 28th Anniversary the best ever!

Outstanding upscale hotel and in my opinion, the best. Polite and professional staff offering their assistance with everything. Special shout out to Theresa and Shane who went out of their way to help return and ship my cellphone back home to me. Clark the bartender is the best and master at his craft. Housekeeping excellent with all the extras in your room. Beautiful rooftop bar with harbor view and dinning. No reason to search anywhere else. The top three restaurants just steps away.

They are the most welcoming, kind, considerate, and genuinely wonderful people. I will be back just to see them both! The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the historic district and all its enchanting attractions. I could easily stroll to cobblestone streets, unique shops, and delightful restaurants, making it the ideal spot for exploring the essence of Charleston. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with a perfect balance of modern amenities and Southern charm. Overall, my stay at The Market Pavilion Hotel was nothing short of magical. With its perfect location, stunning accommodations, and an incredible staff who made me feel like family, I can't recommend it highly enough. Next time I'm in Charleston, there’s no doubt where I’ll be staying!

This place really exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and I had been looking for a place to stay for a long weekend in Downtown Charleston and this hotel checked all the boxes. While it may not win any points for trendiness, it had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. A highlight was hot coffee / juice / pastries on our floor every morning, then fresh cookies every afternoon. The style is a bit antiquated but the rooms were big and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Theresan was such a pleasure to work with, she simply exudes kindness, and was so very helpful along with Andreina, who also was very helpful and kind. The valet staff were super and patient with us as well. The rooftop bar and pool was such a great relaxing place to hang out while waiting on our room. ( I would recommend that the manager take the bar staff out of ear shot before being negative). Kinda killed the vibe for lil bit. Sorry bar staff, that was not cool for him to do. Hopefully he will take this into consideration next time. 100% would love to spend another girls weekend there again!
