Market Pavilion Hotel

I love this place! It is hands down my favorite place to stay. I tried staying at another popular luxury hotels downtown for the first time, and after 3 days there we changed over to The Market Pavillon. Location is perfect! Right on the corner of The Customs House and The Market. Atmosphere very charming. Rooms are great. Value ok a little pricey(expected for area). Very clean. Noise level low. Service AMAZING.... Amenities great. The only issue I have is the floor in our room had just been steam cleaned and it was damp for a few days. Valet parking is pricey as well.

There’s nothing negative I can say about this beautiful hotel. The staff is so professional and friendly and the rooms are beautifully decorated and kept very clean. My family and I spent a great deal of time on the roof patio where there was a bar and a pool with lounge chairs. A special acknowledgment has to be made to the amazing servers Noah, Scottie, and Ben who made sure our every need was met. They were always attentive and helpful. I love that complimentary coffee was served along with danish, pastry, croissants and fresh fruit every morning and throughout the day. We had dinner at the Grill 225 and it was excellent!

If you’re looking for the best luxury hotel in Charleston, check out Market Pavilion hotel in the French Quarter of Charleston. My family and I spent four wonderful nights there and I can’t say enough about this hotel experience. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. A special shout out to the wait staff at the rooftop restaurant..especially Scott, Noah, and Ben. These waiters were incredibly professional and accommodating. They were just fantastic! Actually the entire staff were amazing. The accommodations were immaculate as were all the public areas and bathrooms. One of the highlights for us was the fact that complimentary coffee was always waiting for us in the morning along with delicious muffins,danishes and fresh fruit. I honestly cannot think of one thing negative to say about this hotel and it’s staff. So worth the money.

Perfect destination for Charleston. Heart of the town, close to everything. Excellent rooms, great service, very friendly staff. Lovely bar and restaurant. great rooftop bar!

The hotel stay was very comfortable and in a key location downtown. The only hiccup this time was that valet took about 40 minutes to retrieve my car when I was ready to leave. Oh, and my room had an unpleasant smell initially. However it resolved with air freshener.
