What a gem! Conveniently located off I25, Little America was perfect for a stop on an extended trip. The lobby is beautifully decorated and includes boutique shopping, a cafe, and a full-service restaurant. When we made our way to the lodge building, the views of the pool were really pretty. It’s really well-done with cabanas, loungers, and lush landscaping—even in mid-September. The pool-view room was spacious and had a renovated bathroom with a large shower. I will point out it was a step-in tub shower which was difficult for my mother in her room. The property is very clean and well-maintained and staff are very helpful. It was a good value for what we paid and it was a comfortable night’s sleep—we are Day 12 of an extended road trip.

As a travel advisor for 30+ years I do not like to leave reviews based on my experience or opinion, but this one seems warranted. Many talks about it being dated and that is what gives the charm, from the decor throughout the hotel to the antique furniture in the room. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout and the beds, pillow are very comfortable. We are in room 179 which is a premium ADA room closes to main building of the public areas. The restroom/shower is very accommodating to those in need of accessibility. Staff is friendly and helpful. My reasoning for only a 3 star is the restaurant and when speaking to management the way my genuine concerns were dismissed. On our first day we went to the restaurant and was advised they had a limited menu tonight and was handed a sheet of paper covering your basic menu items. We ordered 2 ribeye steak dinners, side green salad and waters .... $82. We dine early at 430pm, there was one other couple in the restaurant before we ordered. The green salad never came out before entree, no refill of water, waitress never brought out the roll and butter. As the restaurant slowly had more guests, I watched the lack of consistent service. When the food finally came out and it wasn't even hot...lukewarm at best. The quality of the 12-ounce steak was very poor, 7 ounces at most was edible but very grisly, the rest was pure fat. I am not one of those to send food back as it embarrasses me. In the morning, I asked to speak to the restaurant manager, and asked the young women for an explanation of what is happening in the restaurant as we are here for another week, and she told me they are down 2 chefs is why they have a limited menu and the whole department is under new management, and it was her first week as a restaurant manager. We talked about my concerns, and she wanted to offer a free desert for our misfortune. Seriously with tip we spent just under $100 and you want to offer a dessert. It left me with conflicted feeling as obviously she is not experienced as a restaurant manager but moving forward there are plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel and that is where we will dine the next week. Sorry for the long review, but it was honest.

Little America is just quality. The rooms are nice, big, and clean. The lobby is fancy, spacious, and well themed. The property is well groomed, has tons of activities, and is quiet. The restaurant has food that is a level up from your standard fare, and it was all good tasting and hearty. They deliver on a great experience that is reasonably accessible and I appreciate that. The occasion bringing me to Cheyenne isn’t frequent so it’s certainly a treat and I don’t know when I’ll be back but certainly will stay at Little America next time!

Excellent motel for the cost. Very nice rooms and room furniture, bathrooms, etc., and excellent restaurant. The breakfast is not free, but from what I've had at hotels with free breakfasts, you shouldn't mind. The grounds are very nice, near a golf course, and outside of main part of town. Very quiet.

We stayed here for one night as part of a road trip and really enjoyed it, the room was very big and was spotlessly clean, We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. If we are ever in Cheyenne again we would definitely stay here again.
