Holiday Inn Chiangmai

The hotel was wonderful, rooms spacious with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Breakfast was plentiful and a highlight was a staff member named “O”. He was attentive and proactive with reserving breakfast table and offering coffee and Tea, clearing table in a timely manner etc. Exceptionally personable young man.

Large rooms, beautiful spacious lobby, friendly and respectful staff. Breakfast options were great. Lots of hot and cold with traditional options. Our breakfast host O was fantastic. He had a table reserved for us each morning and knew our hot drink preferences.. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, food is good especially pork rib soup and Sichuan soup. Restaurant is clean and cozy. Perfect for group or family meeting. Reasonable price as well. Will definitely come back!

I stayed here for two nights with a friend in April. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient. Our room was on the 23rd floor and offered a beautiful view. It was also spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast venue was very spacious, with a wide variety of dishes. The staff worked efficiently and created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Although it was a buffet, everything was thoughtfully arranged, clean, and well-presented. I especially appreciated the selection of salads, which was just right, as well as the availability of soy milk and khao soi. I was impressed by how attentive the manager, Aun, was—carefully overseeing the lobby, dining area, and even the garden outside. The lobby itself was large and comfortable, with plenty of sofa seating, making it a pleasant place to relax or meet others. The restrooms on the lobby floor were also very clean, and the bell staff were friendly and helpful. I had hoped to use the steam bath on the third floor, but unfortunately, there was no staff on both days I tried, so I was unable to use it. That said, overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would gladly return again.

The service by the pool is excellent. O treated us with great attention to detail.
