Dreadful. Better off at a local hotel that’s 3 stars. We moved to a different hotel half the price and it was night and day. They really should be ashamed of this hotel. Almost any hotel will be cleaner for sure as this hotel was filthy - cob webs, peeling paint. No excuse for basic cleanliness and when management told they ignored it completely. No interest in trying to fix ruined holidays.

We should have known from the moment we were outside the hotel there were going to be problems. The entrance drive was cordoned off. Once inside during check in we were told the pool was closed but they’d pay for us to use one elsewhere. We’d not been informed of this before arrival and that particular afternoon all we wanted to do was relax by the pool after a 2 day trip. We didn’t want to have to be driven to another pool and then not have the flexibility to return to our room as and when we wanted. We were given a room upgrade from the superior that was booked to a deluxe. All this means is you get a bath as well as a shower. The room was dated which would have been ok had it been clean. There was black mould all around the shower, a blood stain on the wall and not at all what we expected. I went down to the reception to express my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund as I just didn’t want to stay. They didn’t offer an alternative room, however I’m not sure I would have accepted it as they couldn’t offer the facilities we wanted. They just said to contact our tour operator. I went to get my bags and we checked out. We have since received a refund but no apology. On a good note the receptionist did order us a taxi out of there! I can only speak for the room I saw but I would say the hotel is in desperate need of refurb.

Good hotel with spacious rooms. Only 15 minutes from airport. A little way out of the old town, 35 minute walk or 150-200 Baht (10 minute) taxi/tuktuk ride. Good breakfast selection, with oriental and western options plus fruit etc Friendly polite and helpful staff. A few signs of wear and tear needing some attention but nothing too bad. Decent enough gym for a good workout.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge was helpful with my bags on arrival. The front desk went beyond to accommodate my request for a late check-out at 3 p.m. due to a late flight departure. There is a good spread of breakfast options. If you want a nice cup of coffee, they have a Starbuck at the lobby. The beds are comfortable, which is most important for guests to get a good night's sleep.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The local breakfast was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and a great way to start the day. The drinks were also top-notch, with a great variety to choose from. The standout, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but Lek truly made our stay unforgettable. Lek went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and exceptional service!
