Wonderful location
Outstanding full service hotel. Perfect location to the miracle mile & beautiful beaches! All the staff were extremely helpful & the lobby was gorgeous.

Surpassed expectations for an awesome weekend in the city
Our room was amazing with an incredible view of the lake. The rooms are oversized. This is a classic hotel, fantastic restaurants on site amazing location, and convenience. Self parking with fantastic service.

Amazing. Historic. Glamorous.
I stayed here for Lollapalooza and had the BEST time. I’m a 25 year old female and I stayed alone in the room. The hotel felt so glamorous, chic, and clean. They gave me an executive room on the top floor with the view of the lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable and all of the hotel employees were attentive and lightning fast. It was such a beautiful, historic hotel and I had the best experience. Very walkable safe part of town. Would totally stay here again when I come in September.

Lovely hotel, excellent location
Beautiful hotel, excellent convenient location walking distance to many places of interest! Some things were a little old like the plumbing but they rapidly fixed what they could when I raised a concern. Overall very clean, friendly. Lovely inside. It was also a great location and venue for a meeting!

Smashing location at north end of Michigan Ave
Incredible service. Fabulous location. Comfortable room and bed. Fun comedy club a few blocks away and eateries everywhere. Quick walk to beach too!
