The Drake Hotel Chicago

Exceptional Customer Experience! From Check-in I was treated like royalty if not family. Team Drake was accommodating and checked on me daily about my experience and to ensure my wants and needs were being addressed. Kevin, was my customer liaison and provided excellent connoisseur services. I appreciate the accommodations so very much, made a cold and snowy stay in Chicago warm and enjoyable. If there were Michelin stars for hotels The Drake would be tops!

Loved our stay at this hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had that vintage charm. Our room was on the 10th floor with a view of the lake. The room was spacious with coat closet, walk in closet(full length mirror on back of the door) and a standard closet. The bathroom is small with little counter space, but that is not important to me. We had tea which was a great experience. My husband had the drake blend and I had chai imperial. I really enjoyed my tea. My husband’s tasted good too but mine was better and sweeter . Getting around town we used uber/lyft or taxi’s. The taxi is the cheapest. The hotel is close to a lot of shopping. Absolutely loved our stay!

Big shout out to a great guy Nana who helped me when I forgot my bag at the bar in The Drake. I was a guest but the bar was closed, regardless of that fact Nana jumped up to help and liaised with reception and Kiesha who made a call and my bag was there. Really appreciate this excellent customer service. Thank you 👌💫👌

This my favorite hotel in Chicago. Absolutely beautiful and a Christmas time even better.!! we love Joey the concierge, full of so much knowledge about the hotel!
