A Hospitality Course is needed for the Staff Fast!
The first thing that's needed to be done at this hotel is that all ground staff ie reception and bar need to do a hospitality course. We entered and left the hotel without any interaction from them. In this day and age surely a Hello or Thank you could be inputted to the staffs daily routine. Uphouse staff were the opposite, so friendly and nice. We ordered a beer on saturday while waiting for a taxi, the lady that served us wanted to be anywhere but work. Reception staff should not be on the desk unless they greet and welcome their customers on all accounts.

A jewel in a great location in Chicago
What a jewel! Really loved the vibe. Rooms so comfy and clean, the front desk super helpful and easy. Sure beats the big chains I have to use for business travel.
