Eurostars Magnificent Mile has the single best hotel shower experience I have ever had. An overhead waterfall shower that rivals the best hotels in Las Vegas, Miami, etc. I’ve long dreamed of building an overhead waterfall shower in my own house. Eurostars Magnificent Mile showed me it is everything I’ve imagined. As a taller person, a directly overhead shower is uncommon. Most are cramped, craned off to the side, this was perfect. Can’t overstate my appreciation of this shower experience. It was like having a fine sushi, wine, or dessert. A rare delicacy.

Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel and its customer service team. Medical documentation was specifically requested and provided exactly as instructed for review. Despite this, the only solution repeatedly offered was rescheduling travel that was medically impossible. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of communication and follow-through afterward. Front Desk Supervisor Pedro Quirosa and the hotel team promised additional assistance and follow-up, yet emails are now being ignored entirely with no confirmation, no resolution, and no accountability. If you are dealing with any issue that requires customer support, hardship consideration, or even basic communication, I would strongly reconsider booking here. Asking guests to provide sensitive medical documentation only to stop responding afterward is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

STAY AWAY: We had the most terrifying experience and the worse treatment! We found a TICK in our bed (they bring Lyme desease) and we complained to the hotel management they refused to refund us saying there was “no evidence”. Look at the pictures to see the evidence. Stay away if you don’t want to get Lyme desease.

Great location, checkin and lobby but my room felt really claustrophobic. I had a glass door to a small balcony but they lock those doors so I didn’t have access. What is the point of a balcony I cannot go out on? The shower was terrible (had to stand under water in order to close door but I didn’t want to wash my hair. Also had to sign a no-party waiver which was strange and people across from me were in and out literally all night. So I get the impression it’s a seedy party hotel behind a kind of nice front

The hotel online looks really nice, but once you take a closer look you’ll see the wear and tear. No concierges service, no room service, no microwave available, not the hotel I expected.’ This hotel is one step above a Motel. There were a lot of patrons that gave the idea that many used this as single night/hourly stays. Having security is normal for a hotel in the middle of urban city, it was the patrons and lack of general professional customer service made me uncomfortable staying here. Laatly… the room was super cold, I turned up the heat, but it didn’t help much and the HVAC unit was super loud’ Looking to find a new place ASAP
