The hotel online looks really nice, but once you take a closer look you’ll see the wear and tear. No concierges service, no room service, no microwave available, not the hotel I expected.’ This hotel is one step above a Motel. There were a lot of patrons that gave the idea that many used this as single night/hourly stays. Having security is normal for a hotel in the middle of urban city, it was the patrons and lack of general professional customer service made me uncomfortable staying here. Laatly… the room was super cold, I turned up the heat, but it didn’t help much and the HVAC unit was super loud’ Looking to find a new place ASAP

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Eurostars Magnificent Mile. I had booked multiple rooms but needed to cancel due to a change in plans. I reached out over six weeks in advance—well before my scheduled stay—expecting at least a partial refund or the ability to reschedule for different dates. Instead, I was told there was “nothing they could do”, and that I would lose over $1,200. Despite providing plenty of notice and being a paying customer trying to work something out fairly, the hotel staff showed zero flexibility or willingness to help. I understand cancellation policies, but this level of rigidity and lack of customer care is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that markets itself as a four-star establishment. Even large chains will often provide credits or date changes when contacted this far in advance. I genuinely hope management sees this and chooses to make things right. I would have loved to stay here in the future, but after this experience, I’ll be thinking twice before booking with Eurostars again.

Stayed here recently for four nights. I have to say, after reading some of the negative reviews on Google & TA, I was very apprehensive of staying here. On first arrival, we were welcomed into the hotel by a pleasant valet. We were directed to reception on the 1st Floor and approached reception. It was noted how nice & modern reception was how two very well dressed hotel receptionists checked us in. We arrived 3 hours early to the hotel and was expecting the usual “your room isn’t ready yet” to actually be informed, your room is ready now & you can check in! What a pleasant surprise. We were on the 18th floor - we entered the room apprehensively after reading some other reviews to be met by a large, pleasant, well decorated modern room. The ceiling was concrete which is part of the architectural design. The bathroom had a curtain across the large glass window (NOT DOOR) on the outside which allowed privacy & also let light flood in. The shower was huge & modern with both rainfall and hose modes. The bed was comfy and large, a well stocked mini bar & safe were located in the room. A modern TV, iron & ironing board & umbrellas were also present. Fully modern air con and decor finished off the room. The location was brilliant & only a short walk into town, I also recommend you try the hotel bar and take full advantage of the happy hour. The Kerryman Irish pub two blocks along is also recommended. I can honestly say, it was the best hotel we stayed in out of 3 different hotels on our trip & would most definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memorable trip & hope to see you again one day. A&H

The night staff (valet and security) were the highlight of the stay and the staff at the restaurant downstairs were delightful. Bad news.... The front desk staff, especially during the day, were radically unhelpful bordering on rude. Upon checking into our suite on the evening of arrival, I called three times to let them know the air conditioning was not working in the room and that it was unbearably hot in the room (hello August in Chicago!). Until they finally sent up a technician three hours later who confirmed that the AC was not working and they changed our room late that night. Their response was one of "me inconveniencing them" with no apology or acknowledgment that we were in fact the ones being inconvenienced with being moved to an inferior room than the one we paid for. We decided it wasn't worth the extended stay we had planned for the week and checked out after a night to stay another high end hotel in the area.

Stayed here in August for a few days located downtown but a bit of a hike to Riverwalk and other key areas seen in Chicago. The hotel is clean security good no issues with off-site parking close to the hotel. Chicago is a beautiful city wish I had more time to spend there. Would definitely recommend you visit there.
