Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park

I stayed two nights on a business trip with full day meetings at the AON Center, which is conveniently connected to the hotel via an underground walkway. That connection is especially useful and includes a Starbucks right inside the AON basement lobby. The hotel delivered exactly what an experienced business traveler expects. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom and shower were a good size for a downtown Chicago hotel. Front desk and housekeeping service were prompt and friendly throughout the stay. Elevators were fast and reliable, and the location made it easy to move between meetings and other downtown destinations. The only minor drawback was the lobby bar and restaurant seating spilling into the main walkway between the entrance and the guest elevators. It was not a major issue, but that path should probably remain clear during busy periods. Overall, this is a dependable and well run option for business travel in Chicago. Comfortable, convenient, and efficient, and I would stay here again.

We visited Chicago for our 25th anniversary and stayed at the Fairmont Chicago Millenium Park - it was fabulous! Service was top notch and they made our visit really special. Kudos to Concierge Gail Walker who helped us with reservations and answered a lot of questions for us! The room was great, breakfast at Toro was wonderful - I cannot say enough about this hotel!!

A well located hotel in the heart of Chicago. Very attentive service team that try to meet your expectations. In house restaurant is very good and worth trying but it is pricey.

We had a wonderful stay at the Chicago Fairmont. Great location with easy access to the river, parks, and lake front. Very comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. I want to give a shout out to several of them. Roberto welcomed us at the front desk and helped us several times with things we needed in the room and questions we had. Marisa at the Toro restaurant greeted us each morning with a welcoming smile and conversation and Mo furthered the welcome serving breakfast and offering a number of tips for places to visit in Chicago. Great way to start the day. Brittani was one of the people from housekeeping (who all took care of all our needs) was especially cheerful and helpful. One more shout out to Kinnari for so graciously helping resolve an issue that came up in our reservation. As you can tell the staff really contributed to our enjoyment in staying there.

Their valets SCRATCHED my vehicle & their insurance refuses to pay despite me bringing it to their immediate attention. Their front desk staff did not know where parking garages in the area were. Check-in / Check-out were a nightmare. Their housekeeping tried to move my mobility limited husband out of our room BEFORE check-out time. Talk about being rushed out. NEVER AGAIN!
