Best hotel in the Midwest
Exceptional service. From the minute you walk inn you are greeted with a smile. You addressed by your name. And you were escorted to the elevator. Breakfast prepared carefully to your liking Rooms are specious and comfortable Highly recommend

This is one of my favorite hotels in Chicago! The staff is outstanding - and they are also pet friendly. It is hard to find a high end, true pet-friendly hotel that treats your dogs like they matter. We travel with our dogs all the time and we felt so comfortable and welcome. In addition, the rooms were beautiful, clean, fresh and so comfortable.... and then bed was so comfortable. Already booked our return stay back. 5 star experience through and through.

Great Stay Highly Recommended
I stayed at the Four Seasons Chicago with my wife and 2 young children. The service was exceptional and kind. The hotel and staff are extremely accommodating to kids while maintaining a high class mature vibe. I would highly recommend the Four Seasons for your next visit to Chicago!

Wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Chicago
We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the Four Seasons Chicago over the July 4 weekend. Got upgraded to a spacious suite. Very comfortable, beautiful, and quiet accommodations. Enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. Terrific service. A convenient location just off Michigan Avenue. Highly recommended. We’d definitely stay here again.

The Heavenly Chicago Four Seasons
The Four Seasons Chicago is one of our all-time favorite places to stay! The staff is exceptional, always exceeding our expectations - with incredible food, a first-rate concierge team and the best location in town. Our beautifully appointed suite with views of the lake was an absolute oasis. It's always tough to decide where to spend time at this gorgeous property - our room, the spa area, the lobby bar, and restaurant are all so special. Can't wait for our next trip back!
