Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

The Four Season went above my expectations. The employees were very accommodating to my needs. Beginning with the request prior to my arrival of hypoallergenic linens due to severe allergies. Traveling for business and leisure, the Executive Suite was perfect for my family. Twice daily housekeeping services excellent. Taking care of the sofa bed early in the morning to adjust in the evening prior to our return. Call upon the Concierge desk to address questions on transportation along with shipping of items. Their recommendations were spot on. All the employees truly care about the guests. This would also include the behind-the-scenes workers keeping the cooling system going during the hot days of summer. The hotel was amazingly clean throughout. Dined at Adorn, compliments to the Chef and Pastry Chef. Food, presentation and service were outstanding. One of the highlights for my family at the Four Seasons besides the pool would be the Family Movie Night. The Four Seasons did not hold back on the details. Entering my children walked the Red Carpet, to an eloquent area with snacks, drinks and small tokens. Each child proceeded to a connecting room with large comfortable bean bag chairs to begin watching the movie. It will be an experience they will not forget. Regardless of whether if on business or leisure you will not go wrong selecting this hotel.

Couldn't have had a better stay! The service we received was perfect from start to finish, and every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. This might be the best service I've ever had in all my years of traveling, and that's saying something. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet and clean, and food and drinks were great. (You have to order the chocolate chip cookies, they were insane!) The only con is that the pool and hot tub are indoors and were always full of loud kids when we tried to use them. It would be really helpful if there were a separate kid pool or a limit on when kids are allowed to use the facilities. Overall, we had an incredible stay and will definitely be returning. p.s. Laith is the man! Thanks for hooking us up with an incredible room for our 10-year anniversary. It made our whole trip.

Everything about this hotel is exquisite. The staff, the rooms, the bar and the service. The pillows and bed were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Stephen the GM was kind enough to leave us hand written note. Karen the concierge secured us dinner reservations at all the establishments we asked. These were difficult reservations to get on your own. The bartending staff was exceptional especially the bartender with the long black hair, I wish I could remember her name. I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons, they make you feel like royalty.

We visited the Four Seasons Chicago to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make her feel special during our entire trip. The location is absolutely unbeatable and the hotel is beautiful! Highly recommend!
