great hotel
The hotel was great. The staff was very good. It is in a good location. we were celebrating our anniversary, they upgraded our room, and sent up champagne and chocolate strawberries. Which made the celebration even better.

Excellent. Full stop.
Stunning location, well-maintained, and elevated to an entirely different level by the incredible staff. From when you enter the revolving doors, to exiting the elevator to the main lobby, you feel like you’ve been transported to a different world. Every detail is so highly curated and cared for. This hotel is what travel accommodation and service should aspire towards. Four Seasons continues to set and maintain the highest expectations.

Wonderful facility and location in Chicago. Enjoyed the lobby bar, sauna and great views of the lake and city from our room. Look forward to coming back!

Excellent experience all around
Before our trip, Concierge Michelle gave us good advice on places to eat and things to do. In the restaurant and bar we met hostess Maggie, Mariana, Marguerita, Laura, and Maricela. Estaban took good care of our laundry.
