Great Two Night Stay!
Fantastic two night stay. Amazing service from check-in through checkout. The woman that assisted us with trip planning was engaging and knowledgeable. See photo. Wonderful lobby. Fast, dependable elevators. I wanted to recognize how fabulous the room attendance were in every possible way! Large room with a great view. Very comfortable bed! Superior service in terms of turn down, the cleanliness of the room, and the friendly greetings from everyone that I passed during my stay that worked at this fine hotel. Great bathroom too and lots of hot water! Highly recommend this hotel on a trip to Chicago!

Four Seasons Never Disappoints! 5 Star Luxury
Gorgeous Renovation! Four Seasons never disappoints! The service is beyond excellent, and the staff is welcoming and accommodating, even for the fussiest of travelers! I miss the old Bar, where you could sip a cocktail amongst the millionaire powerhouses!

We celebrated our son`s wedding events at this venue The entire 3 day celebrations were above and beyond expectations The cordial staff simple but elegant settings ,food and beverages were exquisite Our wedding coordinator (SS ) was very easy to work with and available on as needed basis Menu tasting was an entirely exceptional experience and the venue delivered as promised

Positive, upbeat, and impressive service all around for The Chicago Marathon
From the moment I walked off the elevator, I could feel the buzz of laughter and guests and team members buzzing around! Such a wonderful positive and uplifting feeling . I was there to watch my son run the marathon, the hotel could not have been more supportive of the runners their families. Such a positive feeling. I loved the lounge and room service was spot on. Most definitely will stay at The Four Seasons the next time to Chicago!
