Now that’s great service
Judie was so flexible with our seating as it’s currently 90 degrees in Chicago. Us girls decided to have a couple of drinks outside and Judie transported us into the nice AC inside the lounge. Mayra was so attentive with our service and didn’t let our drinks nor water run out. These ladies are dynamic!!

My wife and I experienced The Gwen for our 25th wedding anniversary. From the very moment we entered the building, the atmosphere of hospitality was felt. As the elevator doors opened to the fifth floor, the main lobby, Luigi welcomed us (as did Karolina). They both were so kind in conversing with us and ensuring we were set up in the optimal room - even though we arrived earlier than we had originally thought. They even went above and beyond to give us drink vouchers in celebration of our anniversary. Later that day, the concierge sent up Prosecco and macarons with a note about our anniversary. What care! The Gwen’s hospitality is what makes it superior. We were walking down a hallway and a maintenance worker even asked us about our enjoyment with our stay and then thanked us for choosing The Gwen! I will be recommending The Gwen to anyone staying in Chicago.

The Gwen is gorgeous. The staff was helpful and kind. Sana helped us check in and was lovely and knowledgeable. The whole vibe of the hotel is just what we were looking for. Location can’t be beat!!!!

A Fantabulous Time was had by all. There was a Jazz Band for Happy Hour that was really greatl!!!!!
We went to The Gwen for a late lunch and the food was fantastic from the appetizer's to the dessert . A fun time was had by all and a great time to end our trip to Chicago !!!!!!!
