Exceptional Service by Sam & Great Hotel Experience
I want to recognize Sam at the front desk for her outstanding service. She handled my request quickly and truly salvaged my experience after an earlier issue. Sam acknowledged my Diamond status and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of—her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The hotel itself is in a great location, just minutes from Soldier Field and other attractions. The gym is excellent as well, with a sauna and a pool, which made the stay even better. Sam is a true asset to the team—thank you for making a difference!

Amazing team for my 1st time in Chicago!
It was my first time in Chicago and Kelsey at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. And having the option to text for service was really great. Amazing team!

Hotel heaven!
The Hilton is a beautiful hotel with something for everyone. Restaurants, a great game room for all ages, Starbucks, a wonderful gift shop and my favorite - small seating areas to enjoy coffee with friends and family. You never have to leave the hotel. I will be back ❤️

Family vacation in Chicago
Isabel from HH front desk took such great care of us. Our room with views of the lake, museums, Navy pier, and soldier's field made this native Chicagoan see all the things that make me come back to the Hilton every time I come home.
