Hilton Chicago

Booked a one-night staycation here. Pool and hot tubs were lovely, beds comfortable. Room was not as clean as I would have liked but staff was able to resolve it satisfactorily (Thank you, Karen from security!). Location is great with restaurants & coffee shops close by and Grant Park across the street.

I have never stayed at this hotel but I will say that their Fitness Center is a hidden gem. It's always clean, there's a sauna, the staff are nice, and it has a good selection of equipment. The hotel itself also does a wonderful job decorating for the holidays, it gives off a warm nostalgic vibe when coming in from the snowy cold Chicago wind.

Carsarra at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She checked us in an a professional and efficient manner. She also helped us with useful information about available options in the city such as dining and transportation. She was very patient and kind. We felt welcomed and encouraged to ask for whatever we needed, if anything, during our stay. I also greatly appreciated that our room had two full sized bathrooms.

A landmark in every way. Superb location and very kind staff. Great gym and top swimming pool. What a great experience. Highly recommended for both buisness and families. Also excellent P/Q in this great city. Ask for room with view on the lakes !
