Nice location, amazing infrastructure
I had such an amazing time here! The hotel had stunning views and a lovely lobby. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with the early check-in, and Sam at the front desk was really helpful.

Good Location, Great Staff!!
The staff was very helpful & extremely friendly from Carsarra at the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The location itself could use some updates but the room was spacious and the views of Lake Michigan are beautiful.

Easy check in and great amenities
I had a very positive experience at the Hilton. Mercy at the front desk was extremely helpful. She was able to check me in early which was very unexpected, and was very helpful. They also have a fantastic gym and the room is very spacious.

Exceptional Service
Nice clean hotel. Aida from Hilton Grand Vacations was a sweetheart. Super nice, friendly and professional offering great deals. Would definitely stay again. Loved the text concierge to ask any quick questions, speedy replies and always accurate.
