Great pillows, cool air conditioning. The staff was the best part of the experience. They are very helpful and quick to respond to your needs.

Front desk staff did everything to make me comfortable. Carsana H was especially helpful, offering me a free upgrade and correcting a lighting problem immediately. The space itself is very comfortable. Restaurants had enough variety to keep me happy if I couldn’t leave the hotel.

Lovely hotel, great food and my Hilton ambassador. Katie was super helpful! Will return again to this Hilton. Great location to local attractions.

There are certainly better and/or more luxurious hotels in the world. What made my staying in Hilton Chicago so good was friendliest and most useful people who work there. Zack from HGV (or something else with 3 letters) will give you best tips for restaurants - listen to him and have best crab cake in area. Ozzie at reception will help you with almost anything - he does some sort of magic. Go to the gym- apart ot is well equipped, there is Mike, workout is easier if you have a professional there with radiant personality. Brian is manager and solves whatever wasn't solved already. I would certainly chose Hilton again because of all of them. Rooms are spacious, we took the room with two bathrooms, it is good when you have plans for an evening a d not so much time. Bed is comfortable. Even there are no super soft over-the-mattress thingies abd nobody ever heard of duvet cover in the USA I wouldn't complain. The coffee from little machine in the room is surprisingly good. I like that freshly renewed hotel kept charm and details from century ago. Recommendations 🙂

A sad reminder of a great hotel. I have stayed there four times over the last 50 years. Every time it has gone downhill. This most recent stay was the absolute worst. You will pay five-star prices for Motel 6 service.
