I am very happy the Security Office Ernestine is so nice for helping me to get the lost poster easel which my son-in law brought in for the Pokémon Card show on May 1st to May 3rd. They are the best.

Weekend Getaway
We stayed at Hilton Chicago as part of our annual girls’ trip. I give a HUGE shout out to Toya and Babs from House Services. These women were not only nice and kind and friendly, but helped us in ways that a registration clerk wouldn’t. I have stayed at this particular Hilton since 2000 and am always impressed by the staff who really run the hotel. Thank you Toya and Babs for making our weekend so much better.

Hilton wknd getaway
I stayed at the Hilton Chicago Downtown and it was phenomenal. Great service and accommodations. in addition Emiky with HGV provided great information on bundle pigs that i plan on taking advantage of next time. Hilton is top notch!@
