Not the best
I spoke with many different individuals regarding my hotel reservation prior to arrival to ensure things ran smoothly. However, upon arrival, the reservation was a complete mess. After all the back-and-forth I was able to secure a room, but rather than staying two nights, we only stayed one because the rooms were not that impressive and the staff had trouble getting anything correct with our reservation.

Great place to stay which is close to the park
The location was convenient since it was across the street from Grant Park and along Michigan Ave. It was clean and effiicent. The room I had was excellent for the price and would stay there again. It was easily the best hotel experience. There is no coffee maker in the room but I had credit to use the cafe downstairs which serves Starbucks and a grab n go breakfast. Service was very good and as an Hilton Honors member I was very much impressed with my room.

Nya FD was so kind! Definitely one of the best interactions I’ve had in Chicago so far. The hotel itself is quite clean and is a comfortable place to stay.

Nya at Registration was so helpful! She gave me a map and directions that I needed. She is an asset to the Hilton corporation. The room was very comfortable. Location was great.
