Helpful and great stay
The hotel is gorgeous and location is great. Hotel staff are very nice.Claudia was extremely helpful and attentive.

If you are looking for a clean hotel, move on.
This is a big hotel, but it's so big that housekeeping doesn't come even when I requested them to clean everyday. I was there for 4 nights and not once was it thoroughly cleaned. When they did come after I called front desk to specifically request a time for them to clean, they literally left clean towels and that was it. They did not restock the coffee, they did not even change the sheets or make the bed. This was a really poor experience and although they are a recommended hotel by my child's school, the service was lackluster at best. There was no service.
