Hotel Burnham Chicago

Everything about this hotel is exquisite. The staff, the rooms, the bar and the service. The pillows and bed were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Stephen the GM was kind enough to leave us hand written note. Karen the concierge secured us dinner reservations at all the establishments we asked. These were difficult reservations to get on your own. The bartending staff was exceptional especially the bartender with the long black hair, I wish I could remember her name. I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons, they make you feel like royalty.

We visited the Four Seasons Chicago to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make her feel special during our entire trip. The location is absolutely unbeatable and the hotel is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service. I was there for business and had unexpected time arise to allow me to book a massage. I texted thenFS app late the night prior to my 10:45 am departure. The Spa Staff accommodated my request and scheduled it for me within an ideal timeframe. It was obvious they brought someone in to make that accommodation and I am extremely impressed!
