Hotel Burnham Chicago

Just wrapped up a stay at the Four Seasons Chicago and had a really good experience overall. The lake views were the highlight for me. Waking up to Lake Michigan out the window every morning was great, and the room looked out over the water beautifully. Location is hard to beat. You're right by the Magnificent Mile, so shopping, restaurants, and the lakefront are all an easy walk away. Made getting around the city simple. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. They were attentive without hovering, and happy to help whenever we needed something. Rooms were comfortable and well kept — spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice touch. If you're looking for a solid, well-located hotel in Chicago, this one's worth considering. Would stay here again.

The Four Seasons Chicago is the best. Very well located. The staff was exceptional from arrival to departure. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Concierges Karen and Louis were amazing. I will definitely go back.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago is a beautiful place to celebrate one’s engagement. The staff is second to none. They surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which added to our festivities. Thank you for making our stay so special !

From early check in through check out, my family was impressed with the service. We happened to travel during very hot days (98 degree over) so we stayed within the property good amount of time and tried several amenities. Every staff we met were so great and truly impressed with them. Also, main reason I chose this property was the indoor swimming pool based on others review, and it truly did meet the expectation (my daughter is totally sold on this property just for this!). Hope the team keep up the good work till we visit again!
