Loud Bar, Bad Service, Outdated hotel.
After running the Chicago Marathon my wife and I returned to our room to relax and get some rest. The music from the rooftop bar literally shook the walls of our outdated overpriced room. When my wife called Guest Services a very flippant man named Dan was of absolutely no help.

Not a guest friendly room
I recently stayed at hotel Lincoln, and unfortunately, my experience with the room accommodations was very disappointing. The room had several issues, including the bathroom being too small, with no shelves for toiletries and useless lighting. Also, we had three adults in the room. The pullout Sofa bed was advertised as a double, but was in no way close to that size. I would have a hard time recommending this this hotel and would definitely not choose it for any future visits.

Fantastic hotel
Loved the Hotel location plus they upgraded us giving a Suite. Hotel is in a prime location close to the park. Room was big. well maintained. walking in the night was very safe.

Get the suite. Avoid the Queen Rroms
Very small rooms. No drawer space. Poor WiFi and TV selection. No room service. Great neighborhood though. Right across from Lincoln Park and near dozens of restaurants.

Hyatt prices. Motel 6 quality
Shabby rooms, awful bathtub/shower. Noisy air conditioner. The furniture was old and assembled with no effort to coordinate styles.
