This Hyatt hotel is not up to Hyatt standards. It is run down and dirty. The suite we stayed in had many maintenance issues, including the bath tub that leaked onto the carpet outside the bathroom, and the sink that only produced hot water. When we checked in, the clerk said their system was down, so a security guard let us into our suite, and we had no keys. This was not resolved until midnight. The rooftop restaurant has incredible views, but terrible service, and they do not serve coffee during BRUNCH. I can't say I would ever stay here again. It was very expensive (nearly $2,000 for 2 nights), and I would have expected a more luxury experience for that amount.

Great location! Very quiet and peaceful. Lave views. Small rooms. Great roof top bar. Close to Lincoln Park, Zoo, Lake View and Michigan Ave

This is maybe one step up from a hostel. The hallways smell like pot, the walls are paper thin, the carpet is disgusting.

The only positive of this hotel is the location. The room is a dump, the A/c sounds like a farm tractor running through your room, the towels are shredded, there is no water, the walls have skid marks on them. If you are paying more than 225/night you are paying 225 too much.
