Darling but need to work on details
The hotel and room are darling, and the bed is comfortable. However, I was left disappointed with the overall stay. When we first got to our room, there was a really overwhelming smell of cleaning products that even my husband was bothered by and he has no sense of smell, lol. we opened the window for a half hour and that helped a lot. The walls were so thin and that we could hear the neighbors’ TV at 1 AM, and the air-conditioning unit had a crazy loud sound when it kicked on that wake me up. The lighting in the bathroom was the worst - you could barely see yourself in the mirror. And the water pressure in the shower was so weak. It might help if they switched from a rain shower to just a regular showerhead but it was kind of ridiculous. The bathroom was very pretty and the shower was as well. The room was very clean and new and modern. Has potential! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Things go “missing”!
Accidentally left a watch, hair dryer and toothbrush. When they ”looked” they n”surprise, surprise” only found the hairdryer and toothbrush. Beware when you stay there. Very dishonest, in my opinion.

Great location but rooms below average
We went for a wedding so the location was great and convenient. It's an old hotel so I understand that the rooms were small. The bathroom had a toilet that you'd see in a restaurant (flush handle on piping on top). 2nd floor area was great to hang out. Service was great. But maybe due to the carpet - it was the mustiest hotel by far I have ever been in. I've never walked in a room and was hit by the odor at the door.

Cute hotel with a great location
Had a very nice and brief visit. Good location - walking distance to great restaurants. Comfy beds. Recommend and would stay again.

In the heart of Lincoln Park without all the luxury
Good for the location, but not much else. I would spent more to get a better stay in this area or use AirBnB, VRBO, or other.
