It's was great
Chicago it was nice the check in was good I didn't receive my water the room was nice housekeeping didn't replace the coffee shower cap or coffee

Worth the Experience
Excellent hotel and proximity to great restaurants and a perfect view of the Holiday (Thanksgiving) parade. Everyone on staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Light festival & Birthday Celebration
Great location. Walkable to stores and restaurants. Good food options at hotel for breakfast and dinner. We really liked the Regency Club option .
