Hyatt Regency Chicago

Rooms are always very nice, up-to-date, clean and comfortable. Great location in the city, always great service. This hotel is a great option when visiting Chicago!

We arrived at Hyatt Regency Chicago at 2:54am after traveling all the way from the UK, and despite the very late hour, we were welcomed with the warmest, happiest energy by Monique at check-in. Monique was an absolute star. She greeted us with a genuine smile, made us feel instantly at ease, and guided us through everything with such kindness and professionalism. After a long journey, her positivity and care made a huge difference—exactly the kind of hospitality you hope for but don’t always get. She truly went above and beyond and is a real credit to the hotel. Thanks to Monique, our stay started on the best possible note. Please recognize her—she made our arrival unforgettable!

Very poor customer service from top to bottom. No leadership. Towels in the bathroom had stains on them and the staff at the hotel were rude and disrespectful.

Hotel is in a great location and was clean and quiet on a January weekday. I wish I had been informed before I booked that the Club Lounge was not open and that their Market Chicago had limited hours.

The Hyatt Regency Chicago was amazing. We stayed for NYE and although it was cold it was a memorable trip. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. From the valet (Humberto) to the front desk staff I interacted with (Erwin and Camille) to one of the server staff at the bar (Demacheo). These were the absolute best staff and make the trip worth coming back. They deserve recognition and make the stay that more meaningful. Thanks to everyone at the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel!!!
