Worst bed I have ever slept on might as well have slept on the floor. They also have a stupid accent light above the tv and the switch to turn it off was part of the plug switch plate with no indication that it was also a light switch, even the hotel staff couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

We are globalists and had a couple free nights to use up before October. We took our 3 year old downtown for a staycation. The location of this hotel is great! They upgraded us to a great city view which he absolutely loved seeing all the boats and American Flags.

the hotel is beautiful. room is very spacious - and they upgraded me to a riverview room for a reasonable fee (and room was ready by 10am!) they had an area where you could enjoy meals (and a microwave too - if you needed to reheat anything) gym was facing the river - good number of options for different machines for cardio and weights. location is central to most things - good restaurants, subway stations, and must see spots are just a short walk away. will definitely stay here again.

Chose this hotel for the Chris brown concert. 10/10 hotel clean room it was really like a resort style hotel you didn’t need to leave. Building was completely modern and they had really comfortable beds!

wonderful location. great lobby. However, two reasons are enough to not stay there again. 1) terrible, slow to non existing and rude bell service 2) lack of room service for food. They don't let customers to use luggage carts at check in and checkout, and they made us wait 1.5 hours at check out yet they never showed up at the room, so we had to carry luggages down to car in two times, which was a huge inconvenience especially when travelling with small kids. Plus, come one, which hotel don't have room service in this century?
