Hyatt Regency Chicago

We loved our experience at this Hyatt. Not only is the hotel lovely but the staff in every area of the hotel provided exceptional customer service. I have traveled the world and this experience was top notch. Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everyone you came into contact with was friendly and approachable. The rooms were extremely clean.

The hotel is outstanding. We used one of our suite upgrades and it was amazing. Such a great space and an amazing view of Chicago architecture and the river. This is one of the few Hyatts that still has a lounge and it was amazing. The snacks and coffees and light bites at night just make the stay so much nicer. Because of that lounge I’ll want to come back here as long as I am a globalist or have a GOH. Just a really great space. Surpassed expctations

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Chicago was outstanding from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to the Riverwalk, Millennium Park, shopping on Michigan Avenue, and countless attractions just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered a wide range of activities and amenities that made our stay both relaxing and engaging. Whether it was unwinding in the comfortable common areas or taking advantage of the fitness facilities, there was always something to do without even leaving the property. One of the highlights of our visit was dining at Stetson’s Modern Steak + Sushi. The restaurant was exceptional—the quality of the food, the presentation, and the service all exceeded expectations. It easily became one of the most memorable meals of our trip. Safety was also clearly a priority, which added to our peace of mind throughout the stay. The hotel felt secure, well-managed, and welcoming at all times, which is especially important when traveling in a busy city. Overall, our experience at the Hyatt Regency Chicago was fantastic. From its unbeatable location and excellent amenities to the incredible dining and strong sense of safety, it truly delivered on every level. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Regency Chicago several times over the years and it never disappoints. This time I could only stay a night before turning around and flying home again, but my strong review is for the little things - things I no longer take for granted when I travel. (1) Free water when I went up to my room - not a $9 water tease next to my coffee maker. (2) It was clear to me that someone took the time to look at my room preferences in the profile. I am not a constant traveler, so it surprised me that they took care to do that. (3) Flights were delayed, so I arrived at the hotel around 9 p.m. just hoping someplace was still serving food. Went to the Big Bar for a big burger. Kitchen still open, food to me in about 10 minutes. Can't beat that. Yes, the rest of the service was superb. But it's the little, subtle things you notice during your stay that make the most difference. Highly recommend this very well run hotel.
