All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for there guests! Room was amazing and with an even better view!

Great location overlooking Chicago river. Cozy rooms and welcoming staff. Places you right in the center of all the great stops to cover. Staying here made the visit so much more special.

Chicago is beautiful. But...it was massively overcrowded with tourists on the Riverwalk but several places were closed. Smashburger at the bridge had one worker and a 40 minute line. The street behind the local capitol theater smelled like p. It seems gratuity is baked in everywhere for cashiers, so it could be run better.

Good, clean, convenient. The entire process was smooth , the room was clean, the service was excellent and timely. The location was extremely convenient.
