Hyatt Regency Chicago

I was there to attend a meeting/conference. What an amazing experience. The staff is first rate. The facilities were fantastic. The location is right in the heart of downtown and easily walkable. 10/10

This was my first visit to Chicago, and after looking at sightseeing I wanted to do, I chose this hotel because it seemed to be a great location. It was! This hotel is in easy walking distance to so many attractions, and if you're not into walking there are several bus stops nearby. The hotel is across the street from the Riverwalk, which is lovely to walk on, it is a few short blocks to the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and so much more. This hotel is huge; there are over 2000 rooms. I have to admit, the lobby and the lower area with the market and some restaurants felt like a small city, but once you leave that area, it is less busy. Our room was very quiet, which made me happy. There are several restaurants in the hotel, and a market where you can not only buy various sundries, but also prepared sandwiches, salads, coffee etc. There are plenty of elevators, so there wasn't much of wait ever. The room was a good size and comfortable. This was the perfect location to base all my sightseeing. We even figured out mass transit and used it to get from the airport and back, and it was easy.

This is THE place to stay in Chicago! Right in the middle of all the action, walkable to tons of restaurants and shops. The service is top notch! Hotel has a great bar, restaurant and market. Plenty of seating areas to relax or work. TIP: use SpotHero to park

Great hotel. Right by the Chicago Riverwalk. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has one of Chicago's most beautiful bars -- Big Bar.

Great location, nice service and clean rooms. Parking is insanely expensive, even for Chicago. If you are able to find somewhere else to park, would highly recommend it!
