Absolutely great location. Clean, nice sized, well-appointed room. Nice view, comfy beds and pillows with moni-fridge and everything we needed. Enjoyed the hotel bars and convenient market. Staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! Close to the blue line L. We took that from the airport (buy the 24 hour pass for $5). Walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do in Chicago. We received $25 credit towards food,drinks, and the market store in the lobby. This was because of the resort fee. We only stayed one night and it couldn’t be used on check out day. So we enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar. Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and clean. We had a view of the river from our room. Would stay again!

Water pressure in shower is terrible. Shower cuts off unexpectedly. The only way to get shower flow is to turn water temp to scalding. Otherwise room was nice.

Hyatt Regency Chicago was easy to get to from MDW by hopping on the train & a short walk to the hotel. It was very clean, beautifully decorated & the customer service was friendly & accommodating. We loved that it was centrally located to everything and walking distance to so many attractions.

Was at the hotel for a conference. The room was beautiful and clean. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Ate lunch and the breakfast buffet, all of the food was excellent and the waitstaff were friendly and efficient.
