Hyatt Regency Chicago

This was an excellent stay. We come every year for the marathon and each year it gets better and better. Breakfast was fantastic, although there were alot of people, we didn't really have to wait too long at all, it was amazing. The hostess were very good. The waiters were super helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was on top of it and always accommodated the time frame we needed to get things done. Being a globalist sometimes some of the benefits are slipping away, but not here. We appreciated all that was done for us, we also really enjoyed the regency club. We can't wait to come back! Thank you so much! The hotel made a great addition by adding a Pasta dinner buffet and made it early so we could eat and go to bed....best idea ever!!!

I stayed at the hotel recently, and I found it to be quite comfortable and welcoming. The room was tidy and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. Their helpfulness and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

Clean room, great service, most comfortable bed and pillows. Centrally located to everything. Right on the River Walk, which is a must see in Chicago, not far from the Navy Pier.

The location was EVERYTHING! Right across the street from river walk, steps away from iconic dining, tours right outside the door. The service was exceptional & room was super clean with cool, comfortable linens… I literally didn’t want to leave, but the marathon runners were taking over 😅

This is a really excellent hotel. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, and everything works well. The Fitness Room is large and clean and has many machines and some free weights. Also, if you like to run like me, you can easily go out the front door and run in the surrounding area, or stay inside and use one of the many treadmills inside. All in all, this is a great place to stay in Chicago. They have a good bar too.
