Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff. Great experience!
I was in town for a conference which was housed at the hotel but also brought my children along. The location of the hotel was fantastic and easy access to all of the hotspots. Having an on-site Starbucks and easy access to food, entertainment and shopping made our stay fantastic.

Great business stay!!!
If your staying this side of Chicago and are on business or personal trip the hotel is one of the best i've stayed. Its my overall preference vs other properties especially if you need to work or hold meetings with lots of quiet places to work on the west tower. Outstanding amenities such as onsite market, great gym, restaurants, ride shares come quick, etc. Rooms are large, great views and always very clean. I have stayed 4-5 times 2024-2025 no regrets!!!! TH
