Poor room
Very Small Closet. No Dresser Drawers (No Dresser) On Sunday our room was never made up, and it took over one hour to get towels.

Lovely facade, unethical interior
This hotel has had some beautiful renovations, but I cannot ignore that they are not ADA compliant. This is a threat to peoples' safety which they have no accountability for. Everything was overpriced. They nickel and dime you for parking. I know that Chicago is an expensive city, and I was staying downtown, but they know if you are staying with them that you are stuck, and that's the attitude that they have. The workers were very sweet. No complaint about the people working there, but Hyatt should be ashamed at putting peoples' lives at risk who are not able bodied.

Celebrating our daughters 15th birthday!
Great value for the luxurious room plus included amenities. Very happy with the stay. Customer service was excellent. Literally right across the street from the tour boats. Walking distance to everything. Such a great way to celebrate our daughters 15th birthday.
