Overall great location, great experience. We enjoyed the breakfast, the club and the hotel. It was easy to walk to local places and the staff were wonderful.

I was there for a work trip. And they pulled everything off very seamlessly with a large conference. The entire staff did a really great job serving 1000 people is never easy.

1. Wrongful No-Show with No Proof Provided When I questioned why my reservation was marked as a no-show, the front desk staff offered no explanation, no timestamp, and no evidence. They repeatedly insisted it was “the system” that automatically changed it. This response was dismissive and unacceptable for a global hotel brand. 2. No Remedy or Guest Care Offered Instead of providing solutions—such as walk assistance to a nearby hotel, a temporary room, or even basic support—the staff simply left me in the lobby. I was forced to wait there from 3:00 AM until 7:00 AM, exhausted after a long day of travel. This is a complete failure of hospitality and guest care. 3. Unequal Treatment I was traveling with friends who held similar reservations. They were able to check in without issue, while I was denied entry. This inconsistency in treatment is deeply troubling and raises serious concerns of fairness. 4. Inadequate Resolution I was only refunded for the night of August 30. However, I also paid for August 29 and never received the room. To retain that charge is unjustifiable. 5. Loss of Trust in Hyatt Brand I had originally intended to join the World of Hyatt program and take part in the tier challenges. However, after this humiliating and frustrating experience, I have lost all trust in the brand. I will not recommend Hyatt to friends, colleagues, or anyone in my network.

The location of this hotel is great, but the price is not worth it for the few amenities provided. This hotel does not have a pool or spa, and has one actual dining option that was mediocre (but you have to pay a $25/night fee that can only be applied to hotel dining after 5 pm). Additionally, we had issues with stained bed sheets one day after housekeeping came and a broken iron that caused us to be late to an event. Issues typically took a day or two to be resolved, which is frustrating when your trip is only a few days long. The biggest issues was that we wanted to extend our trip by one day. In order to do so, we had to do a complete check-out and create new booking, which caused has to have to pay additional taxes and fees again in over $100. Hotel staff also wasn't able to help with the new booking and told us we would have to make it online on Hyatt's website and then return to the front desk to get it updated and connected with the previous booking. Overall, this took a little over 2 hours and was quite the headache.

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient and comfortable. The hotel itself is gorgeous, very well updated and modern. We felt safe while we were there and appreciated the food and snack options. Additionally, the elevators were quick and barely any back ups. The hotel room was comfortable and a highly exceptional room service crew kept our space clean. We had a wonderful time at this hotel and appreciated the easy check in process via the Hyatt app.
