Very disappointed. No one help us with the luggage and show us where is the lift to get to the checkin counter. My mom fell down and bleeded becase of the luggages when using the elevator

Great location. Easy to shop around town and enjoy the riverwalk. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff was all friendly and very helpful delivering Top notch service. Our room was clean and had a great view of the city.

The hotel and the staff was very welcoming. The customer service was top notch! The location was amazing and the view from our room was phenomenal. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency and I would highly recommend this hotel.
